**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

What i like best about HR Partner is how it brings all HR Tasks in one place . I mean from tracking leave to managing employee records to handling performance notes , everything is easy to access and update . A non HR- staff can also navigate it without much training . Moreover i found support staff very responsive to any problems . Its ease of use and user friendly staff are definitely a big plus for HR Partner. I also like more of its feautures like Posting for job postions , scheduling interveiws tracking working hours , document signing , payroll management .

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

One thing i 've noticed so far is that the reporting feels bit limited sometimes. For instance , If i want to pull a detailed or customized report , it usually means exporling data to excel and doing it manually .Also , some workflow and field options are that flexible , so if your HR processes are little different , you have to get enough  creative to make it  work .I Mean its not a DEALBREAKER , but these are some areas it needs improvement on.

IF i talk about our HR Team , HR Partner has solved the problem of Disorganized HR Process . In other words it centralizes employee info , leave tracking , performance management in one place that has solved  a lot of our time .Now everything is in one place , so i quickly see who is on leave ,also track performance notes and manage employee records without further hunting through different systems .The benefit is clear efficiency gains , less time spent on administrative tasks and fewer errors . It aslo improves teams communication and coordination . So these were some areas where HR Partner has benefited us noticeably

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

I like that HR Partner is easy to use and offers all the necessary information about each applicant and collaborator in a centralized manner. The forms allow me to obtain all the information I need for each role we are looking for, and for the employees, I have a space where I can upload all their information from the start of their employment. This helps to have control over their personal data, reviews, vacations, and permissions. Additionally, the initial setup was intuitive, which made it easy to start navigating and getting to know the different functions.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

Sometimes I receive several repeated applicants, there could be a way to filter if the person has already applied so they don't apply multiple times for the same role. Also, in some forms, I receive incomplete responses, those applications should not be allowed to be submitted.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HR Partner to manage human resources issues and talent selection. It facilitates the selection process, is easy to use, and centralizes the information of applicants and employees, allowing me to control personal data, reviews, vacations, and permissions.

What I like most about HR partner is that its user-friendly onboarding for both implementation as well as for team members going through their onboarding process of your company is very seamless and easy to understand. There are many modules associated with an HR partner that make it a full all-in-one suite. Also compared to higher-end enterprise-level HR software, pricing and ease of use are tough to beat with HR partner

There's little to dislike with HR Partner. I would like to see a better mobile app experience

It's helping by creating a centralized place of information for all HR needs, from recruiting to interview process to compliance to paid time off management to device management and document organization

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

I use HR Partner for handling employees' data, managing leave requests, and tracking attendance, which all work well for me. I appreciate the feature for tracking the balances of leave and approved expenses, and I find the workflow for approval convenient. I really like the quick response to fix problems. The reminders for employees' birthdays and work anniversaries are a nice touch. The time off and leave module is particularly valuable, and I experienced a smooth setup with HR Partner.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

HR Partner doesn't have the compatibility to sync with the fingerprint machine. We can't upload the file for clock-in/out from our fingerprint or connect it to the application.

Our experience with HR Partner has been very positive from the start. The Customer Success Specialists and technical team are professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond, whether by email or by setting up a call for training or support. They make sure our questions are answered thoroughly. They're honest if the feature we're looking for is not available.

The software itself is intuitive and flexible, allowing us to customize settings to suit our organization’s needs. There are also plenty of helpful resources available, including YouTube tutorials and detailed support articles, which make learning and troubleshooting even easier.

We submitted a special request for custom reporting to align with our current system. However, due to HR Partner’s full development workload, this hasn’t been prioritized yet.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

I find HR Partner's platform easy to understand, especially when it comes to navigating all the metrics. It's good value for money, and I also really like how customizable the performance process is to fit organizational needs. My best experience has been with customer support; they're very nice, responsive, and helpful. They guide you through all kinds of setups if needed. The initial setup was quite easy, and even if you're stuck, the excellent customer support is there to help you sort things out.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

I don't like how sometimes the UI breaks down when working on specific parts. It happens occasionally. I also feel it should have more third-party integrations. The mobile app's functionality is limited compared to the full desktop version.

All the great features that are offered. We demoed with 10 different HR softwares and HR Partner had the most customization.

Would like to see some more integration with for example payrolls such as ADP and thing like Microsoft Office.

We are still fairly new to HR Partner but thus far it is assisting with our timekeeping and balances/allotments. We are looking to implement the other features such as recruitment and expense reports.

It is a powerful, user-friendly tool that covers everything from recruitment to asset tracking. The best part is that we can find any employee record or signed document in seconds. **What do you like best about HR Partner?**

Xero is primarily designed as an accounting and payroll solution for small to medium-sized businesses. While it handles essential payroll and basic leave requests, it lacks a dedicated Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

It needs to work on Australian Public holiday, also the integration of employee leave in only one way, not both ways. so it takes some manual adjustment if leave is changed or deleted in HR partner. I have to manually adjust in Xero the payroll software too.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xero does not assign employee to the right supervisor, this is haddled by HR partner, and approved leave posted to Xero for payroll. this saves my time to do it manually.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

I like that we can process our entire onboarding process for new employees on HR Partner. It also has all the functions we utilize a lot such as sending out forms for signing, sending out agreements that need e-signatures, sending out announcements, and allowing employees to upload files that we require from them.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

There is something wrong with the e-signature on my end. The buttons text are all in white, so I can't see which block I'm filling out. Also, instead of being able use the placing of the fields on a document, the template uses the exact document as a template. This is not useful especially when we send out contracts with different items on the documents to each recipient.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For starters, we're able to keep all employees in one place, and it solves having to send out important communication and memos that with sign off sheets. It helps us monitor and see if everyone is completing the documents being sent to them.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

The system is very user friendly and is relatively straightforward.  The user interface is laid out in a pretty common sense manner and accessing the HR tools necessary is quite intuitive.  We mainly use the interface for tracking PTO and ensuring office continuity, although the use of the company items out of the office and other HR functions (employee reviews, etc.) are fairly useful when utilized.  It's a great solution for what we need.  Customer service is usually highly responsive and easy to get requested changes done.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

The HR Partner tool has a monthly fee and is slightly higher in cost than we would optimally prefer.  However, it does provide the necessary functions needed for compliance and is worth the monthly expense.

**What problems is HR Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a limited amount of staff dedicated to the HR role, and the staff in charge has other primary office functions than HR.  The tool allows us to monitor our HR items and PTO without requiring additional staff resources.

Our company recently implemented HR Partner, and I mainly use it for logging leave and managing time off for my team. 

It’s been straightforward to use no real training needed, which I appreciate. it’s one of those products that just gets out of your way and does what it’s meant to.

Not a lot to dislike, really. It’s simple to use and hasn’t caused any issues.

**What do you like best about HR Partner?**

I use HR partner for its hiring tools.

I find the integrations with 3rd parties really useful for getting applications in - and the tooling that allows several staff members to vet these applications before they go through our hiring process is an excellent way of sifting through to find the best applicants.

The interview feedback process is very easy and great for subjectively reviewing candidates as I find time tends to distort the views of the interviewers compared to when the interview was done - this makes sure we progress the right candidates. Being able to login and use the hiring tools frequently allows us to understand how close we are to landing the perfect candidate.

Having used HR Partner for hiring candidates over the past 12 months it has been a great experience.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

I think the user interface can be, at times, confusing and ill presented. Information isn't always where I would expect and its sometimes hard to differentiate between one section of the UI and another.

The hiring process for new candidates - I don't do more than that with regards to HR.

Good customer support, has a lot of features.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

The calendar sync is very delayed and should be synced multiple times a day rather than once in 24hrs. It should have a mobile app. I've had a ton of issues with the balance accrual updates for employees that reach their anniversary and it is always not correct. I have to manually check and adjust this even though our parameter is set accordingly.

Customer support is helpful but the issues I have need tech attention.

We're a small, non profit organisation with limited budgets and HR Partner allows us to manage our HR needs perfectly. It's very reasonably priced and the support team goes above and beyond to help whenever we have any questions.

Building forms, such as performance reviews or engagement surveys, can be a little cumbersome but otherwise no issues with the platform at all

I find its easy to to use, changes can be made simply, not complicated system. Implementation was very straightforward and took minimal time. As a daily user of the system, I find it simple to navigate and if there is ever any problems, customer support is consistent with the fast service they provide

Dashboard makes it so easy not to forget birthdays, work anniversaries, what is new or who is off today. It is absolutely amazing. Very intuitive portal, you will be returning to it all the time to check employee info, check timesheets, check when reviews are due, ... You can also use online forms with HR Partner, edit them to your liking and have everything in one place. Customer support is quick and friendly. If you have a question or you want to change something, but you are not sure how, they will help. Empoyees like the portal too. It is one place for all the interaction - timesheets, holiday requests, expense claims, ...

It would be great if it was an actuall app for mobile devices.

Easy to use software that our team had no issues using right away. Our HR team loved using HR Partner. But the best part is their customer support. Absolutely top notch, and they really care about their customers making sure our needs are met!

For me, the support is paramount. I used HR Partner at previous companies and currently trialling at a new. 
Couldnt possibly do more for their customers if they tried.
System is so easy to use and they work with you implementing they system making the transition easy! 
We use the system daily and use 90% of the features.

There isnt much not to like. Everything works as it needs.

Inclusion of all HR management options makes it the most preferred feature; it eliminates the need for support from any other human resource management method used alone. Each employee has the option to create their own profile, which they can do on anything from basic mobile devices to desktop computers. It allows them to keep track of daily attendance and submit requests for various types of leave.

**What do you dislike about HR Partner?**

We chose it after considering its facilities and service quality and deciding to hire it to address our HR issue. Although it is somewhat expensive to use, every HR management option is included, and the level of service is very high. As long as it is maintained, the price of service is acceptable. Since using it, we have not encountered any problems.

Through this, an employee's daily attendance, work efficiency, and qualification records can be kept for a long time, making it very easy for the management to give an annual promotion.

HR partner has helped us move from paper to digital HR records. The different highly customizable modules have made the switch  on our users. We have been to pick and choose which parts we use and tailor them to our needs. We hope to introduce more modules as we progress.

The user interfaces for signing documents, forms and completing checklists could be improved to make it easier for users. A mobile app would could also make simplify a users experience

Although easy to use, the system is somewhat text-heavy. The screens can, on some occasions, feel very busy.  They are however very functional, and easy to navigate.

The user interface and organization of HR Partner is top notch. Also, it is awesome to be able to e-sign documents in the portal and maintain records of documents and files. It easily gives all relevant HR inforamtion and processes in an easy to use cloud software.

It does not have a mobile app that I know of. Also, if you have a more dynamic team org chart than you cannot put more than one person that a team member reports to. ALso, the LinkedIn integration has never fully worked for us.

It is streamlining all our HR process and data management for HR. It is consolidating all our team's data such as recruitment, applications, interviews, PTO, team member documents, team handbooks and policies, and so much more.

I cannot stress enough how vital a good HR tool is for running a company, and HR Partner is precisely what we needed. It has all the basics covered for running an organization smoothly like Holiday approvals, expense claims, Employee onboarding checklists, company policies and what not. The support team is very responsive. I am extremely satisfied.

Nothing much but perhaps a live chat to contact their support would be a cherry on the top

Before HR partner, there was no way to manage your employees and keep their records. Excel sheets are not the way forward once you grow beyond 5-7 employees. HR Partner helped us manage our employee database and streamline our hiring and employee onboarding process.
