We are able to see the students or users of our product journey and experience. Not in the full atmosphere, due to other integrations, however, they make this easier for us to catch a bug on our product and not have the user fully explain what they are going through in detail. What do you dislike about Heap by Contentsquare? There's no live-time co-browsing feature. We can view their experience only after the user's session is completed, but we can only capture this after they are off the app. In this case, making the user wait to come back to us again, to then preview the previous experience they've had with our product before. However, I think their product is awesome and great for what we need in the time of our start-up product. There's plenty to grow and built in their product and I can imagine the live co-browsing feature being a feature with them in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Heap by Contentsquare solving and how is that benefiting you? We are a start-up, so of course there are bugs and little hiccups that our development team are unaware of. My job is to triage bugs effectively with evidence and proof of the students UX, and now with this tool, I am able to dive deeper into what they are seeing easily.
