Much research has shown that a person's focus span is getting shorter. So new challenges in corporate learning are: employees are developing slowly; they have gaps in soft skills. One of the best ways to self-development is non-fiction books. But, finishing one book takes time. So, Headway offers 15-minute non-fiction book summaries in different formats. We let people read more and learn faster. It is perfect to have both, I think it is our favorite feature. next i really like the look of the app and how user friendly it is. It is also easy to reach them of you have questions. It is very easy to use software and you can do everything ont he road of your phone. Quick, and easy. We use it a lot in my team. It is a very important part of our team routine. We use it every week/day and review in a meeting once a month. **What do you dislike about Headway for Business?** I think it would be nice to have a note taking feature. And also it would be nice to have a team lead board where you (in app) can compete with collegues. **What problems is Headway for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Due to headway business we are getting smarter everyday. My team and I are learning a lot, in very short periods of time. We also discuss the books and toppings to see and learn from eachothers insights. It has really made our company better. ### 2. They break down each concept which makes it really easy to work through many different books. **What do you dislike about Headway for Business?** It would be nice if there were a summary you could also read versus just the audio summary. Some people are more visual learners. **What problems is Headway for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have time to read 100 books every year but Headway allows me to get through a ton of content on-the-go. This app has been great.
