The tool provides multichannel capacity with internally supported proxy service. Xperience builder help to easily create forms, workflows and surveys. Websphere support is also available that helps integrate all types of technology. **What do you dislike about HCL Digital Experience?** Basic search option is very poor and it is unable to find required content. Java Applet editor is very poorly configured with multiple versions of upgrades that needs to be carefully selected depending upon your system requirements otherwise the entire system can crash. WCM syndication is buggy with an unrecognized browser support for WCM 7. **Recommendations to others considering HCL Digital Experience:** The tool is very flexible and scalable with Java Applet editor. The only problem is that the editor is a non-responsive with a buggy WCM protocol. **What problems is HCL Digital Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool offers the best form IBM Solutions with IBM Websphere portal, Domino / Tivoli integration, Xperience builder, and multilingual support. It allows separating modules in separate portlets too. It also has a powerful search engine and built-in components. Before publishing it allows you to approve content at various levels. **What do you dislike about HCL Digital Experience?** With HCL Digital Experience a specific development cost too much. Web content management also doesn’t work well with all browsers. It also takes too much time to install Digital Data Connector, WPS, Case Manager, and Domino. Certification and practice are also difficult and expire. It doesn’t offer proper support or facilitate when you need help.
