I use G2 Profiles and Reviews to evaluate and understand user feedback on tools I am considering trying or purchasing. The pros and cons lists help me assess each tool more effectively. I don't have any specific complaints about the tool itself, but I do have an issue with the G2 moderator team that remains unresolved. Currently, there are at least six software reviews of mine that the team keeps moderating, even though I have clearly demonstrated my professional use of these products. I've submitted support requests, but the responses I've received have been repetitive and unhelpful, almost like being told to press F1 when your keyboard isn't working. I love the way G2 provides me the honest, verified reviews and easy side by side comparisons, which helps me to choose the right software or a platform for myself or for my business. The best thing i like about g2 profile and reviews is about its simple and transparent review process. It feels so genuine rather than forced on writing a review on G2. The thing where i feel g2 could improve is the frequency of review requests and notifications. Sometimes in a very short span of time you are asked to review multiple softwares. Sometimes you may be trying to learn about some system of platform that has very limited or no reviews on G2. In those instances, it's certainly a bit harder to determine if the software will meet my needs. Especially since you don't know if a reviewer uses the system as frequently as I might use it. The content and feedback provided on G2 is extremely helpful. I don't really dislike any features but I didn't find some softwares that were popular among me and my collegues. It's like i don't get a-z platforms. and also I think they can improve this to listing out for different websites also there are alot more educational platforms and websites. 1/8) Answers "Not applicable" accessible only in review update if I remember well, and I did not choose it for unsure answers, because if it is abbreviated N/A, so it confuses with "Not available", which is a wholly other thing!

2/8) Refining tool in editor does not work.

3/8) Claims it translated my review with IA, what is false, as I changed myself from French to English.

4/8) My first French-speaking review was not displayed, and I don't accept it.

5/8) The system claims to have verified my 1st review, but, since I linked my LinkedIn account, my review has been so instantly accepted, that a human check is not credible.

6/8) Mention of 40 characters limit i Advantages and Inconvenients, which does not occur, as it is too minimal to be met.

7/8) Support unreachable: When I find a proposal, the redirection works of course not, so I leave this review.

G2 Profile and Reviews gives an honest feedback about a product, which things should be improved there and what are good and bad. Basically we can compare different products based on feedback in the same domain. So G2 provides that easyness to a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes genuines reviews shared about a product is not recognized by G2 review owners, certainly there might be some reasons for that. but this should be improved according to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

many thanks to Telma Rodrig I submitted a support ticket on January 29, 2025, around 2 or 3 am after my review was flagged for using AI tools. I explained that I rely on AI to ensure clarity in my reviews due to my dyslexia. To my surprise, when I checked my inbox, both tickets had been resolved and addressed incredibly quickly. This was the first time I’ve experienced such efficient support, and it truly impressed me. Based on this experience, I felt motivated to leave a positive review of this platform. this is a update i will leave the previous bellow so people can see that G2 cares about what their users say to the team i am dyslexic and it was very hard with it being flagged for ai content now its much easier being able to not worry about they typos and the ai makes the corrections it wont change your context it will only refine it to ensure clarity this is exactly what i asked for so at this moment NOVEMBER 6 AT 10PM

I HADE A ISSUE THEY LISTENED AND IT WAS NOT INSTANT BUT IT WAS ADDRESSED AND TO ME THAT MAKES IT COUNT AND THAT TO ME SAYS ITS GENUIN ADN TRANSPARENT ABOUT THEIR SITE THEY CARE FOR WHAT THEIR USERS NEED AND THEY LISTEN AND THEN TAKE ACTION I LOVE IT IT EXEDED MY EXPECTATIONS

One thing I feel is very important to highlight is the need for an option for users like myself, who have dyslexia and rely on AI tools for clarity. Without AI, my review process would be much more difficult and confusing. I suggest adding a feature that allows users to share a URL of their conversation when using AI tools to reformat their responses. This would help ensure accessibility for those who depend on AI for effective communication. Currently, there’s no option to provide such a link, and adding this would significantly improve the experience for users like me.
