**What do you like best about Frill?**

We can collect, prioritize based on upvotes and communicate feature requests easily. Frill has one of the best UI/UX for roadmap and ideas board. The team of the frill is hardworking and rolls out new features earliest.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

The tool is new; that's why some most demanded features and integrations are still in the roadmap.

**What problems is Frill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frill changed the way to interact with users. Collecting suggestions and ideas and also announcing improvements and updates done on the website or platform is now a lot easier for me. The initial setup was easy, and I am excited to carry on my future journey with Frill.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

Indeed, it's the best platform from the tens of what we've tested. Easy, simple, support is in place. Everything in it just works. No bugs, the front side works smoothly. Everything is easy to understandable dUX is really simple.

 I loved the widget builder, it's very intuitive. They build it in a really easy editor and solved those complex staff and elements to build widgets.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

I did not like the pricing, and was a bit confused, as it has some add-ons. It would be great to limit plans based on a number of "requested features" instead of just giving them "unlimited", that will make sense to have 3 solid plans otherwise it just does not make sense (those 2 paid plans).

**What problems is Frill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to collect users' feedback and collect "feature requests" It really easy as we connected SSO and our users can easily upvote any idea here or put new one without needing to log in (again).

Nothing, it is a great product and the minor issues I have noticed have all been fixed in later releases

**What problems is Frill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to move from User Voice for our embeddable ideas widget because it was far too expensive and had limited features.
I looked at about 16 alternatives. It came down to SleekPlan and Frill. Frill was far more user friendly and intuitive to use.

Due to some peculiarities in our app, we had some issues getting the widgets to work properly and Mike and his team not only provided excellent support, they also made some changes to their code, which they released within a week, to get us up and running.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

Three major features are in one tool. Frill is an easy-to-use, feature-rich customer feedback tool that helps you gather and prioritize ideas from your customers and integrate those ideas into your roadmap. You also get an announcements widget which you can use to keep your customers informed when you ship new features.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

For now, the only thing that we would like to see added is ability to reorder topics in sidebar. I believe it's already in their roadmap and wishing to see it implemented soon.

As a business, we want to stay updated with what our customers want. With Frill, from one single platform, our team can easily manage all feedback, suggestions, and product announcements.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

Frill has a very nice and minimal UI /UX that is very easy to use. The clean interface makes it very pleasant to work with. All the features are well polished and make customizing status/themes very easy to use. I noticed the Frill name on some SaaS products I use. I saw them suddenly using this platform and when I tried it myself, I immediately understood why they chose Frill. Apart from the features that already work perfectly. The founder and the team behind Frill seem to be working non-stop. In the last few months since I have been on board Frill, there have been constant updates and improvements to what was already great.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

There is absolutely nothing I dislike in terms of features.

**Recommendations to others considering Frill:**

Frill is the best tool for its niche.  I was actually looking at the other one but ran into frill.  I am very happy with my decision.

Unlike most other people, we use Frill for our internal feedback, requests, and votes. We use the announcement note primarily with the widget; It's very handy tool to have.

I've been using the product for a short time; I actually bought it to use in projects that aren't finished yet, but what I've seen so far has enchanted me! Very easy to use, clean and beautiful UX and the features fit all that I needed.

so far not big things but I want them to do things differently than what the competition is already doing so expecting better UI

**What do you like best about Frill?**

The interface is simple to use, the UI is clean, and it sends emails to the users. Fair pricing and always they are improving. So pleased so far. My favs:

- The ability to send emails to your subscribers
- The ability to make reaction faces like on Facebook.
It is possible to schedule Announcements in advance.
-You have the option to pin comments to the top of the page.
- A guest account, so it is not necessary that you are a customer to submit an idea!
- Have webhooks that can be used to automate workflows.
- You can create tags and organize better the topics..
- You can easily manage the settings of the notification emails, and if you would like to automate them, you just need to set up some webhooks!
- Is Very easy to use!
-The notifications are simple and effective.
-It allows me to collect tastes, so I have many comments on different videos.

None, I love Frill. They are always adding new things. Check it out by yourself.

The concept of frills is probably appealing to you if you are comfortable with something simple, something that has a purpose in its own right.

The major benefit is that I have total control of what I want to say and when, it helps me schedule my messages and helps me to improve communication between my clients.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

It's surprisingly feature rich. You can share ideas, or roadmaps, and get more detailed responses. You can embed it on a WP site, and call for responses from users. Overall, easy to use, and it looks like there are some solid integrations for people who want this to speak with their other software.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

It seems predominantly geared toward product-type things. I run a service business, so would love to see more use cases for myself. There's no tutorial when you log in to navigate through the user site, so you've either got to read FAQ, contact support or just figure it out.

**Recommendations to others considering Frill:**

Consider how you can use Frill to engage with your customers / clients. Get them involved in the decision-making process.

**What problems is Frill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'll be updating my clients about the various projects that I'm working on, or considering working on, to get their feedback. I'll also be using it to get their feedback on services that they'd like to see offered.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

Frill is hands down the best Feedback Platform when it comes to User Experience. It has been thoughtfully designed in quickly engaging customers to provide feedback, ideas, alerts, and responsiveness across products. I absolutely love the indepth customization that frill offers.. at this point I am not sure what you cannot customize.. languages, banners, titles, roadmaps, widgets, themes, ... Ugh! LOVE IT! Not to mention it's customer comment sections, being able to engage customers with gifs, videos, emojis, etc. enables a deeper connection between the product teams and their customers, such a fantastic set of features.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

I'm not going to lie, I do not have anything to dislike about this. It has exceeded my expectations.

**What problems is Frill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engagement - being able to integrate frill in CreateMyMeal by enabling our stakeholders to quickly provide feedback via their widgets has been an outstanding and efficient experience. I had planned on making use of email feedback, but I was blessed to have come across frill- time saver, customer engagement at such a more intimate and friendly level ensures customers stick to our product and provide valuable feedback for outlining our vision.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

One dashboard to view them all - frill allows you to seamlessly switch between different projects that you are working on to view ideas relevant to them.

No idea is a bad idea - Frill allows you to merge ideas and ensures that all votes attributed to the individual idea are added up to the merged one, ensuring that every user vote is valued.

Enrich your feedback - Commenting on option is a valuable and underrated tool to bolster enagement and obtain insignts on how to add value to the product and frill does a fantastic job in facilitating just that. We have had internal engagements fiercely on an idea which resulted into an independent product by itself.

Thou Shalt See this Amazing Idea - It's now easy for the admins to spot gems buried deep in the list for want of exposure and votes and sticky them to the top to gauge the open interest on that idea/feature.

Integrate all your supporting tools - frill offers an impressive webhook feature that allows one to sync information across different tools in your project management arsenal.

Cleanliness is next to godliness - The interface is super slick and clean, its also engaging to the user, and we have seen engagement go up by 40% on just the idea board interface.

Have a great feature, let the world know - The announcement widget is godsent, now you can embed this on your website and let the visitors check out your progress on your roadmap, this is super as it leads people to the roadmap and ideation board where they can quickly suggest ideas and help us improve too.

We walk the last mile with you attitude -  The support is also quick to respond to your questions, and everything is handled within the defined times, professionally and courteously. They are also generous with their knowledge and offer alternatives or workarounds to manage under development features.

All in all a well thought out, feature rich, well priced and super flexible product and a must have in all product owners arsenal.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

There used to be one, on submitting an idea, a gif used to show up, which was funny and apt but was not appreciated by some, so we reached out and asked if we can remove it, and now there is an option to switch it off, they are also quick to address all their customer suggestions.

Voting on an idea requires individuals to create a login, this at times act as a detractor since if the user is not already using your tool, it seems to be a hassle to create a user to just drop an idea. This has been communicated to the frill team and a loginless voting feature is on their roadmap. It does have its pros and cons though. For your existing customers they do have SSO, which is amazing.

The widget stands out in my website, as for now there is no customization option available for changing the widget color to match the product page, so we have not yet implemented it. that said, we were informed that a widget customization is being developed which would allow this to be done soon. So all in all heres a team that uses their own product to develop itself... recursive improvement.

The frill team is in Australia, and at times the wait for resolution seems long due to the time difference between the Middle East and Australia, but that is something beyond control. They have always replied within 24 hours of sending a support ticket. Although not a dislike, documenting it here for the benefit of others where it might be critical for immediate support and review completeness.

We generate valuable insights into improving our Saas, improving user engagement, and improving word of mouth referrals.

The Release notes are now automated as announcements and are sent to all users once we deploy the requested features; Sprint planning directly feeds off the top validated ideas to quote a few.

There are a few more innovative ways in which we use the product, one is to have it as an internal brainstorming tool for evaluating opportunities and to identify a viable product, frill lets you create multiple companies and you can switch between them seamlessly and work under a single login. 

Frill provides a SSO option for your existing users which enables them to drop off an idea with the speed of light.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

Frill.co is a great solution for any marketing team that's trying to get more customer feedback. It's so much easier to stay in touch with what our customers want and what we need to do to improve our products. The interface is really user-friendly and the pricing is really affordable. I'd recommend this product to anyone who needs better feedback!

Right now I can't find a point not to love it

I love the UI/UX of Frill - I've tried a few roadmap/feature request tools in the past and my favourite by far is Frill. It kind of feels a bit like Notion and I encountered zero bugs.

Nothing I can think of for now. So far, I've enjoyed the experience.

I don't own a SaaS but I got this for the future if one of my marketing clients needs this type of tool.

Getting simple roadmap, announcements, and feedback widgets with one tool isn't easy! What I really like about Frill is how easy it is to create beautifully designed roadmaps, gathering feedback from customers, and integrate customer ideas into my roadmaps to feature announcements.

I wish they have more interactive ways to display roadmaps and announcements.

The user interface is clean and easy-to-use, and the features meet all of my needs. 

Easy to gather feedback from customers and let them comment and vote on exactly which ones they like best. 

Also make announcements and notify customers whenever new features are available.

So far so good with frill I did not find anything as of now. Frill team is constantly updating the new features.

Other languages are still not available as of today (26/07/2021), but it's already on their roadmap. And notifications could show inside email what happened inside Frill

I finally have a good specialized tool for gathering feedback and showing changelogs. The UI is really easy on the eyes, so I find it really good to send to clients/users.

The UI and UX of Frill are second to none, and new features are being developed extremely quickly

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

There isn't much to dislike about Frill. Frill is still a relatively new product, so while it is currently missing some valuable features (ex. social login with Google, Facebook, Twitter)  the pace of development of new features is rapid and new features are being shipped weekly.

If you want a reasonably priced feature suggestion tool with best-in-class UI/UX then Frill is for you.

Frill allows my customers to suggest and vote on new feature suggestions and improvements to my app.

**What do you like best about Frill?**

Mainly, the UI and UX are amazing, which makes me opt Frill compared to other alternatives. The response from the team is great and spontaneous. Also, the speed at which the features are built is fast.

**What do you dislike about Frill?**

More tutorials need to be made and a tour of the platform is needed when signing up for the first time.

As mentioned above, the design and ease of access was the main thing i was missing from other alternatives, but was possible with Frill

At my SaaS we were looking for a way to institute a roadmap for our future offerings. Frill does that in spades.

Some of the integrations are less than polished, but I think it's just a work in progress and the software will continue to mature.

We needed a way to manage a roadmap for a SaaS. This beat writing a custom solution!
