**What do you like best about Freshsales?**

What I like best about Freshsales is its clean interface and ease of use. It combines lead management, contact management, email tracking, and sales automation in one platform, making it easier to manage the entire sales pipeline. The built in communication tools and workflow automation help save time and improve productivity. I also like the reporting and dashboard features, which provide useful insights into sales performance.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

One thing I dislike about Freshsales is that some advanced features are available only in higher-tier plans. There is also a learning curve when setting up complex automations and custom workflows. Occasionally, report customization could be more flexible for specific business requirements.

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freshsales helps solve the challenge of managing leads, customer interactions, and sales activities across multiple channels. It centralizes customer information in one place, making it easier to track opportunities and follow up with prospects. For me, it improves organization, reduces manual work through automation, and helps maintain better visibility into the sales pipeline, resulting in more efficient sales operations.

**What do you like best about Freshsales?**

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. What I like most about Freshsales is that it is easy to use and did not take much time to set up. The interface feels straightforward, so managing daily work is not complicated. I regularly use the contact management and lead tracking features to keep nutrition consultation inquiries and wellness program prospects organized. It helps me see who has been contacted, who needs a follow-up, and which inquiries are still active. The pipeline view is also useful because it gives a clear picture of where each opportunity stands. Instead of checking different notes or messages, I can quickly review progress and plan the next action. Another thing I like is the task and activity management. I can schedule follow-ups, add notes after discussions, and keep track of important client interactions in one place. This is helpful when handling multiple consultations and health education projects at the same time. 

I also use it to maintain records of people who show interest in diet plans, wellness programs, and health awareness activities. Having contact details, communication history, and follow-up information available in one system makes day-to-day coordination easier. The email and activity tracking features are useful for monitoring ongoing conversations and ensuring that important inquiries are not missed. This helps maintain better communication and follow-up consistency during busy work schedules. The performance has been reliable during regular use. Pages load quickly, contact records open without delays, and moving between leads, activities, and pipeline stages feels smooth. Overall, it provides a good balance of features without making the system feel overly complex.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

I like the reporting features, but when I need a very specific view of lead activity or follow-up performance, I sometimes spend extra time adjusting filters and report settings. The information is available, though creating a highly customized view can take a little more effort. For standard reporting it works well, but for more detailed analysis I occasionally need to refine the report settings before getting the exact view I am looking for.

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me keep contacts, leads, follow-ups, and communication activities organized in one place. Instead of tracking inquiries through different notes, emails, or records, I can manage everything through a single system. I can keep contact information updated, schedule follow-up activities, review previous interactions, and monitor the progress of leads more easily. Having lead records, notes, tasks, meetings, and communication history connected together helps keep ongoing work organized.

The pipeline view also provides a clear overview of active opportunities and upcoming actions. This makes it easier to prioritize follow-ups, stay updated on ongoing discussions, and keep communication moving forward without missing important details. Having everything available in one place makes daily work easier to manage. I can review information more quickly, keep follow-up activities organized, and spend less time searching through different records to find important details.

  ### 3. Cheaper Than HubSpot, but Missing Basics, Poor UI, and Weak Reporting

**What do you like best about Freshsales?**

The only upside is that it is cheaper than HubSpot. I cannot think of anything good about the platform.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

The UI is horrible, no clear guides on integrations or how to connect anything, reports are not at all that detailed as in HubSpot, plus most marketing service companies include their own CRM which is actually free and much better like Instantly.
They need to upgrade everything ASAP.
Our team actually does not use this anymore, although we have paid for a year. Excel is much better for us. The very basics of ROAS, CPL/CPD are missing. There is no enforcement of reminders like there is in HubSpot, no AI features like there is in Instantly.
I don't even think that the support can help here, because the platform doesn't even have the feature set that even basic SaaS Marketing/Sales teams need.

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to solve the problem of knowing the lead source, cost, revenue from the various sales sources we have, but honestly, Excel is better for basic stuff. We have started using Zoho a bit as we want more features, performance, and from a company that has local time zone CS support.

**What do you like best about Freshsales?**

Its single source of truth for client contacts and project pipelines eliminated our messy spreadsheet-based tracking. Custom tagging lets me flag records holding personal data to trace DSGVO processing quickly during audits, and permanent activity logs meet BSI IT-Grundschutz retention rules. Split team access also restricts broad developer exposure to sensitive customer PII.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

There is no native integration with our Git, CI, or internal audit systems, so I rely on monthly CSV exports. Exports corrupt German umlauts in business and contact names, and there are no industry-specific DSGVO audit templates to speed report writing. Bulk record exports are slow, and role permissions lack enough granularity to fully lock away high-risk client data as required by BSI standards. I would welcome tiered PII-only access for compliance teams and pre-built German privacy audit report templates.

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously managed customer data across scattered spreadsheets and a basic CRM with no compliance-focused features, creating disjointed audit trails that threatened DSGVO violations. Freshsales consolidates all client records in one space, adds traceable data categorization, and drastically cuts the manual work needed to compile evidence for federal IT security reviews.

Freshsales adapts well to our cross-border freight sales and compliance routines. Its fully customizable sales pipeline lets us build process nodes matching actual transportation transactions, embedding verification standards for ADR dangerous goods and GDPR data governance. Integrated activity archives record all negotiation and communication details, forming traceable business records. Automated reminder functions prevent missed client follow-ups, and unified customer archives greatly streamline daily regulatory inspection preparation work.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

The platform falls short on native linkage with professional logistics management systems. We have to adopt manual import and export methods to synchronize freight price and shipment data, dragging down operational efficiency. It carries no preset compliance specifications tailored to German transportation laws, forcing us to manually create custom fields to meet risk control demands. Custom audit report output is rigid, requiring repeated format adjustment before submitting official compliant documents. Multi-party collaborative deal management also brings cumbersome page navigation experience.

It unifies scattered client communication records and business documents, replacing fragmented offline file management. Standardized sales phases stabilize negotiation progress, accelerate partnership confirmation with carriers and cargo owners, and align internal sales and dispatch teams. Built-in data recording specifications effectively lower regional regulation violation risks and simplify routine compliance inspection procedures for local logistics enterprises.

**What do you like best about Freshsales?**

Freshsales is easy to use and everything is in one place. I like the lead tracking and email follow-ups, it saves time and keeps things organized. The pipeline view also helps me clearly see deals and focus on the important ones.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

At times, it feels a bit slow, and in the beginning some features take a while to understand. A few of the more advanced options also aren’t very easy to find, which can make navigation a little frustrating at first.

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of scattered leads and missed follow-ups. With everything in one place, I can track leads more easily and stay consistent with my follow-ups. As a result, I manage deals better and save time.

**What do you like best about Freshsales?**

I like that Freshsales acts as a centralized repository, putting every email, call, and meeting in one place like a dashboard, which helps me know what each discussion was about. The lifecycle feature enables me to track the progress of a deal, see who needs a nudge, and automate manual tasks like sending emails or setting reminders. I appreciate that it helps me prioritize leads, focusing on those with a higher chance of success using Freddy AI. I enjoy the activity tracker which provides a timeline of each touchpoint, enabling my firm to reach out at the right time. I also find the automated sequence for outreach smart since it stops whenever the customer replies, and the ability to make calls directly via the CRM is really handy. The layout is great and makes navigation easier. Furthermore, setting it up was easy for my team and me, and it saves us time by reducing the need for accessing multiple apps.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

1. The mobile app is slow and not all features are available compared to the desktop version. 2. Sometimes data extraction for leads is not accurate, so a double-check by the team is necessary. 3. It lacks integration with third-party platforms like Marketo, Pardot for marketing, and Netsuite and Sage for accounting.

The clean and intuitive UI makes its easy to onboard  team quickly without steep learning curve

Features like built in phone , email, activity tracking and automation are tightly integrated

Freddy AI and automation features also help with lead scoring, prioritization and improving follow ups without overcomplicating workflows

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

Limited Automation features compare to competitors tools like HubSpot, Salesforce and others CRM's and some advanced features are very hard to setup at first

The reports are not very flexible and getting detailed insights can take extra time

Some of advance features are available only in higher plans

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freshsales solves problem like managing leads, tracking customer conversation and following up on deals one place

Instead of multiple tools for calls, email, notes and task it is organized in single platform

The main benefits its saves time and keeps working in well organized and make sure that no lead or follow up missed

I use Freshsales for deal management, sales funnel, and daily tasks. It helps me organize our sales funnel effectively. The deal management feature is very impactful, allowing me to understand where we currently are in the sales process. I can set the deal management according to my requirements, like first call, demo 1, demo 2, and get the status in a single click. I also find the call log feature valuable, and the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

Sometimes the activity section updates automatically, which shouldn't happen. I'd prefer if updates didn't occur without our permission.

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Freshsales for deal management and sales funnel organization. It helps me understand our current sales position and allows me to customize the deal flow easily. The status is accessible in a single click.

**What do you like best about Freshsales?**

I like Freshsales for its zero configuration setup and fastest time to value. The native harmony really stands out because I can save thousands since the phone integration doesn't need separate configuration. Additionally, the instant email and phone activation are quite impressive.

**What do you dislike about Freshsales?**

I don't like the limited third-party native integrations in Freshsales. There's also some rigidity in the reporting and dashboard features, which can be frustrating. Plus, the mobile app tends to be laggy, which is a bit of a hassle.

**What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Freshsales to manage leads, automate tasks, and gain insights, reducing data silos, tool fatigue, and wasted time on dead leads. It resolves accidental data destruction and version control issues from Excel.
