Using digital document has too many benefits, first user don't need to print-out physical document anymore, second, it is easier to transfer document to client by sending it thru cloud storage integration. The AI assistant make a huge difference in document redaction, it automatically detect sensitive information and put up a black strip over the word to cover the information, I don't have to manually proofread all the document one-by-one, which can take more than 3 hours to finish skimmed all the wording.
