Fosha has been really useful in visualizing all of our marketing channel data in one place. It has helped us identify areas of potential overspend due to legacy reoprts using last-click attribution, and allowed us to confidently scale our Paid Social investment. The Fospha team are always super responsive and open to suggestions for improvements, supportive on bespoke reporting needs, and are happy to produce additional analysis for us / support us in interpreting the platform data when needed. Fospha are set up to integrate quickly and easily with platforms like Meta, TikTok & Google, but there have been a number of issues with accurately reflecting our Affiliate investment in the platform. It'd be great to see a more permanent solution to this so the platform data accurately reflects where brands are investing.
We also haven't been able to utilise Fosha much in the context of omni-channel reporting and understanding the impact of digital marketing on store, one of our biggest marketing challenges, so this would be a great addition to the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
