It offers centralized access so I can log−in without having to remember multiple credentials and has a clear interface that makeseasy to locate and upload files. The most appealing thing about Folderit document management is that allows to structure information in organized levels (main categories and subcategories), it's efficient to find information fast and it records every modification or query made by users in the files. There is a small aspect that could be improved, if the system response and processing speed could be optimized the platform would be even more agile and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like features especially audit log which helps to track user activities and also meta feature which can add hashtags for folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Folderit really stands out for being both user friendly and effective search-wise. Their OCR features allow you to search and find data that would otherwise be buried inside files and takes a lot of time and effort. But despite these features, it becomes easy to familiarize with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited Pricing Transparency: Pre-sales pricing info will be useful to those weighing Folderit against other EDMS solutions.

This is really useful in storing data online along with that by sharing access we were also able to share data within organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Due to security limitation we were not able to upload file which was password protected as uploading the same sometimes results in corrupting the file Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used this platform to create individual virtual space to store data so that it can be save permanently with safety. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's bit difficult to transfer individual space in name of other employee as modification is not possible so once an employee leaves his storage can only be accessible to manage the data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's secure. Our remote work has become more secure by using Folderit. We can provide limited and secure accessibility to documents and files based on various teams and it was so much easier than logging into our remote desktop every single time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. It's pretty modern and need of the hour for the work I am doing in my project. We go through a lot of documents for review and it was very helpful. I would recommend this for sure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
