I find the OCR errors to be a major issue, especially with scanned documents that have less clarity. It feels very complicated to use on Mac compared to Windows. I think the shortcuts and available options on Windows should be the same on Mac, but they're not consistent right now. Easy installitation and UI is so good , much training is not required to understand the tool. It's very good in extracting words or texts from images or scanned documents and supports multiple languages And also converting images or scanned documents to other formates like word, excel, HTML etc.. The ability to handle bulk documents is quite easy in windows. Most useful thing in documenting paper works to digital documents. Support helpdesk seems responsive many times. I really like how accurately FineReader converts scanned documents into editable text. I also appreciate the ability to compare two documents side by side, It saves a lot of time during version control. What I live most is the OCR (to scan and detect text content on scanned document) tools that is the most accurate in detecting font type and text.
