Honestly, after using it since 2014, there’s very little to dislike. The only thing I’d point out is that the interface feels a bit dated, and customer support could be more responsive. What do you like best about FileZilla?

What I appreciate most is the cross-platform compatibility, which allows me to run it on my Windows OS while accessing a Linux OS hosted on a server. What do you dislike about FileZilla?

I like it for a very straightforward install and configuration, quick connect feature which stand out for fastness. I like it for seamless downloading of WordPress websites files from the server to my local machine for troubleshooting this allow faster testing so that am able to preview as i am troubleshooting to ensure what I upload finally is a masterpiece. Cross-platform binaries for Windows, macOS and Linux let me keep the same workflow regardless of the workstation.

Drag-and-drop two-pane UI, Site Manager bookmarks and transfer queue keep large projects organised while still feeling lightweight.

Resumes interrupted uploads and downloads over 4 GB, a lifesaver on shaky hotel Wi-Fi.

What do you dislike about FileZilla?

It can be a little difficult for an average user with some of the terminology that is used. I have been building websites for almost 30 years and sometimes find the naming of features both outdated for modern times and also named more like a programmer vs a power user. What do you like best about FileZilla?
