Setting up services and integration is very, very easy. **What do you dislike about Fastly Content Delivery?** What kept me from fully sticking to Fastly was that my needs were on the lower end. I don't have amassed a high number of users, and also my video count is somewhat on the lower end. I found that Fastly's Services would be above the needs I personally have, so I got to another provider for users that have my personal needs moreover. **What problems is Fastly Content Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fastly integrates extremely easily with most CMSs, and even where there is no direct integration, you will most likely find a plugin or add-on to get Fastly on there. What makes them stand out is the level and ease of technical customization. Having access to the code/logic that drives caching makes it possible to fine-tune the incoming requests, caching behavior and responses to your specific needs. They also have great support, transparent and responsive. **What do you dislike about Fastly Content Delivery?** There isn't anything that I really dislike, but there is a learning curve that you need to be aware of once you start dabbling with more technical customization (beyond the admin wizards). We had access to pretty much the entire range of custom VCL, and, as rapidly as Fastly added new features to the UI, we could always count on those features being available via their REST API at the same time. If there's anything we can't figure out on our own, the Fastly knowledge base and Support team are always there for us to consult. The extremely high ease-of-use and quality of support would be less valuable if Fastly weren't the highest performing CDN we've ever worked with. We've done a handful of performance comparisons with other CDNs, and Fastly has always come out ahead. **What do you dislike about Fastly Content Delivery?** Until the recent acquisition of Signal Sciences, Fastly has had to point us to their partners for complementary WAF and API security services.
