It has a proper build-up reception check-in section where with the help of a QR code, we can quickly check in the attendees in the event and the event that will be held on a particular day. **What do you dislike about EventX?** Even though the EventX check-in application has provided us with more than one step to check in the attendees of an event in the check-in app, it still needs to get better at administrating through these updated features, and provide the guidelines so that everyone can learn about it before using it! **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The EventX check-in application is one of the best ways to improve the checking in and out of the attendees at an event. This new update has more than one way to check in attendees like check-in through reception and check-in through search wt. which is no doubt a benefit for me to solve my problem of checking in attendees with more than one way! ### 2. The check-in EventX application prepares pocket wifi, an Ipad, and a printer through which attendees from the event list are selected and with their name badge, a printout will come along. **What do you dislike about EventX?** My disliking of the EventX product is only due to its lacking of providing all the necessary guidelines regarding the check-in application how the QR code is scanned, and how events can be selected from the event list that needs to be checked in. **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** EventX is solving problems from me by helping me get the event list directly and check in the attendees that need to be checked in on time and then it's main benefit is that it takes out the printout with the name badge of that particular attendee that was approved to be checked in! ### 3. EventX product has updated a feature that provides users with a registration form that can be tracked down. Whenever an attendee gets confused while filling out the registration form, EventX product gets notified and provides necessary instructions so attendees can quickly fill out the whole form! **What do you dislike about EventX?** I dislike EventX as sometimes it fails to solve the issues of the attendee. It is because it sets the registration form and a way to track it down, but it does not give a video tutorial for each step, and that's why attendees get stuck while filling out their forms! **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** EventX has been updated and introduced many new methods and features to benefit the users and attendees. Features like the registration form tracker is a good features for the attendees to get reminded that their form is half filled or they have dropped it down somewhere due to the lack of understanding s EventX fixes all these issues smoothly! ### 4. The EventX is localised in Asia. Many people like it as it helps companies and organisations get more attendees, leading to better conversions to reach a booming stage. All my recent important workshops turned out to be positive only due to EventX, proof that every organisation should choose this product to organise any in-person event! **What do you dislike about EventX?** As a senior business development manager, it was my duty to get everything priorly set for the events, but EventX often gets slow in this process. I dislike EventX as it sometimes fails to meet its users' guidelines and deadlines due to difficulties faced by the event managers! **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** EventX is benefiting its users with new updated features and techniques. The in-person events were a basic need for my organisation. When EventX started in-person events, it was a plus point for me as it came up with many updated features like reminders, Q&A sessions, feedback forsm and much more. Over time, this product has increased up to the expectations of its users. The in-person events now have more attendees with better conversion. How? It has only become possible because the EventX product came up with many new updated features like gamification, email tracking form, organising Q&A during and after the events and much more. Therefore, undoubtedly, these are some of the features that worked out best for me during the whole Trade Fair! **What do you dislike about EventX?** The issue attendees faced during the Trade Fair was getting encountered all the new updated features at once, as the fair was already started. Hence, there was no prior information or tutorial regarding the latest updated features provided to the attendee. Anything made the attendees look so confused during the whole Trade Fair!d this **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** EventX product has benefited me as it is more modernised according to today's technology. Previously, dealing with the whole in-person Trade Fairs was challenging as there was a lack of equipment and features. After a lot of searching, I found EventX and can't believe still that this product turned out to be the best one to run any in-person exhibition. Without any doubt, my exhibition ran so smoothly! **What do you dislike about EventX?** During my in-person exhibition, there was a particular breach of rules. A few of my attendees could not understand the instructions as the speed of the explainer was too fast, and there was no option to lessen the rate. Therefore, this issue made the attendees not understand a few things about the exhibition, like rules and entrance properly! **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The EventX product is an easy go-to-go product. I have solved my issues of properly dealing with in-person events with the help of EventX. When I selected this product to arrange my big sale event, this product turned out to be an easy to go product. Many of my attendees wished to fill out the registration form for this big sale event, but as the count of attendees was too much, I worried about how I would check where precisely the attendee of my event had registered his form. But, with the help of EventX, I could easily track down all my forms! **What do you dislike about EventX?** Even though EventX provided the location where exactly my attendees registerred the forms, there was still a lack. My attendees got a little bit confused during the registration of the state as there were tons of events shown to them, and they did not get the direct instructions to follow the big sale events registration form! **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The email tracking down feature launched by the EventX Product greatly benefited me. This feature, no doubt, solved all my issues, and I could easily manage all the registration forms after the event ended! ### 8. My attendees' engagement throughout the whole event was increasing rapidly as the gamification feature added game-like elements to my event. Totally loved this new updated feature by EventX! **What do you dislike about EventX?** No doubt, people were aware of the gaming in between the session, but the "Badge" option under which the Gamification option was lying was not properly cleared or directed to my attendees, so it caused a little bit of confusion for them. New feature always needs to be instructed properly! **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to get worried about my attendees' screen time at my event consecutively before. But, when I started relying on the EventX platform, so I must say that this product has a lot of new updated features that can for sure help your event run effectively. Attendee who were the part of my biggest event were able to directly enter my event without loggingin to their EventX account. Therefore, this new feature "Reminder Email Direct Event Entrance" turned out to be best throughout my whole event. **What do you dislike about EventX?** EventX product needs to work more on what their users desire when organizing their events through this product. It is because, if the event is organized according to the needs and desires of the user, then the entire event can go perfectly well! **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I always find EventX product platform user-friendly. Without any doubt, this product has provided me with many benefits that are updated and new. I had my workshop a week ago, and I needed an event management product to help me organize my event perfectly. After doing long research for hours, I learned about the EventX product's new updated features that I needed to manage my workshop. The EventX product now allows users to log in to our two products with a single user account, so I used this new feature, and it became easy for me to log in only once and get the two products in one account directly. **What do you dislike about EventX?** I don't particularly appreciate the EventX product for not noticing its users regarding updating the new features by the EventX product. An email is a must so that we can know what is being updated by the product with time. **What problems is EventX solving and how is that benefiting you?** With its new updated features like introducing single user account login, better meet-up experience with the audience during the event, and preventing concurrent logins, I am improving to organize all the workshops effectively.
