What do you like best about Eploy?

Our stakeholders are fully on board with this system due to its user-friendly and intuitive design. As a recruiter, I greatly appreciate its functionality, with all the necessary information easily accessible at our fingertips.

"Eploy: User-Friendly Recruitment Powerhouse"
What do you like best about Eploy?

We find Eploy very user friendly and easily adaptable with changes in the business. It's great that it's operator-led, allowing our hiring managers full autonomy to track and process their hires. The team at Eploy listens to the needs of their clients and uses feedback to ensure new developments are regularly launched. I also appreciate that with Eploy, we can onboard and e-sign contracts for salaried staff, talent pool candidates, and handle volume recruitment effectively. The initial setup was really easy, with regular meetings during the build phase, hands-on testing, and the availability of hypercare for post setup and for any big changes we have made since. The Support team is fantastic for us to be able to make realtime changes and be able to do that in house rather than having to wait or pay for small changes to the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

We don't have any real issues with Eploy itself. Our main problem at present is more about integrating with our current HR SAP system, which would be a game changer, but that's more due to the system we use rather than Eploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are very impressed with the number of features and ease of use, together with the ability to customise the system ourselves, which is relatively straightforward.

For me the best feature of Eploy is how highly customisable it is - we have quite a unique business model and our great concern with identifying an ATS platform was if we could get something that allows us to be flexible to suit our varying needs as a business - Eploy ticks all of those boxes. What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy is highly customizable, even after implementation. We’ve been able to adapt it continually to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. Whenever we’ve encountered a challenge, raising a ticket with the support team has resulted in a prompt, detailed, and genuinely helpful response. I cannot speak highly enough of the Eploy team, their commitment to doing a great job, investigating thoroughly, and delivering the right solution is outstanding.

I’ve worked with several ATS platforms, and while many share the same core functionality, Eploy truly stands out because of its exceptional support and its built-in reporting and dashboards, which are far superior to others I’ve used.

I’ve also trained a wide range of users on the system core users, hiring managers, and vendors and it’s always been straightforward to get them up to speed. The platform is intuitive, which means users quickly gain confidence and require very little ongoing support from me or my team.

What do you like best about Eploy?

I really like Eploy's easy functionality, which works well for all users, both internally for our team and externally for our candidates. The onboarding module is particularly effective, providing a smooth experience for candidates. I also find the interview scheduling feature very helpful for our hiring managers, as it provides a clear and easy experience, whether it's for one interview or for fifty during an open day. What do you like best about Eploy?

The system is easily customisable. Our managers, TA and HR Team find it intuitive and easy to navigate. Nothing is too much for the team at Eploy and I have thrown a lot at them! Implementation was easy, even doing it alongside my day job. Customer support is absolutely on point. Even when I am not really sure on what I need. I use the system every day, and am constantly looking at ways to improve for candidates, colleagues and hiring managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Only thing I would change is building application forms - my own fault for having so many different types, but takes me sometime to update them all when I need to. This is very minor though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
