Eploy is really intuitive and can easily be configured by ourselves. The team at Eploy are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. They were on hand all the way through the implementation process and the resources and weekly meetings were fantastic. Post implementation regular meetings with the Account Manager are great for catching up on upcoming changes and to talk through ways we can make improvements to our current system. It was a bit daunting configuring the system to meet our needs as the training didn't go into the detail of how to set up specific workflows as we would like, but that is completely understandable as every system will be different - which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
