What do you like best about Eploy?

For me the best feature of Eploy is how highly customisable it is - we have quite a unique business model and our great concern with identifying an ATS platform was if we could get something that allows us to be flexible to suit our varying needs as a business - Eploy ticks all of those boxes. What do you dislike about Eploy?

Reporting & Data Extraction:generating reports or exporting data can be confusing or cumbersome. There’s a learning curve when it comes to building custom forms and extracting insights.

Navigation for Complex Tasks: While the day-to-day use is smooth, there is issues with more advanced features like bulk applicant handling or interview setup workflows.

What do you like best about Eploy?

Eploy is highly customizable, even after implementation. We’ve been able to adapt it continually to meet the ever-changing needs of our business. Whenever we’ve encountered a challenge, raising a ticket with the support team has resulted in a prompt, detailed, and genuinely helpful response. I cannot speak highly enough of the Eploy team, their commitment to doing a great job, investigating thoroughly, and delivering the right solution is outstanding.

I’ve worked with several ATS platforms, and while many share the same core functionality, Eploy truly stands out because of its exceptional support and its built-in reporting and dashboards, which are far superior to others I’ve used.

I’ve also trained a wide range of users on the system core users, hiring managers, and vendors and it’s always been straightforward to get them up to speed. The platform is intuitive, which means users quickly gain confidence and require very little ongoing support from me or my team.

We now use Eploy daily to run a much-improved recruitment process. Having everything in one place enables our function to operate more efficiently and deliver better outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Nothing not to like. There are only a few areas we are unable to alter but once this is explained its makes a lot of sense and if the changes are small the team will take care of it only adding a cost if its a large change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eploy?

The system is easily customisable. Our managers, TA and HR Team find it intuitive and easy to navigate. Nothing is too much for the team at Eploy and I have thrown a lot at them! Implementation was easy, even doing it alongside my day job. Customer support is absolutely on point. Even when I am not really sure on what I need. I use the system every day, and am constantly looking at ways to improve for candidates, colleagues and hiring managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eploy?

Only thing I would change is building application forms - my own fault for having so many different types, but takes me sometime to update them all when I need to. This is very minor though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is editable, so it's super easy to use! The customer service/Success team are incredibly helpful and always willing to provide support and easy to follow resolutions.

You can easily customise the dashboards, widgets, flows to your own preferences which is great!

Ability to advertise your vacancy to other job boards via Eploy.

Whilst it's easy to use, there are some features which can be complicated. E.g integrating the onboarding, background checks etc.

What do you like best about Eploy?

the support you get from the success team is outstanding, the system itself is easy to use, lots of focus around improvements over the last 3 years, our account manager is always on hand and available when needed, reporting if you need it they can provide it. We have added to our functions over the time i have been working with Eploy and project support has been extremely good, especially when we challenge them to work the way we need it to work for our business. The most helpful thing about Eploy is the response time. When the team get in touch there is never long to wait to get a positive, helpful response.I am quite new to Eploy and both the support desk and success managers have been incredibly helpful in answering my many questions.
