**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

One of the most valuable features for us is the Action Board. It provides clear reminders and prompts that support timely, consistent stewardship and help ensure we don’t miss any opportunity to connect with our supporters.

We’ve also found Otto to be a strong addition to our team. It helps our team craft thoughtful, personalized stewardship journeys and messaging, enabling us to engage our donors more authentically.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

One of our challenges with DonorDock is setting up households and linking accounts so that donors connected through a household, workplace, or community appear together. When we integrate DonorDock with other platforms like Stripe or GiveButter, we also find that we have to spend additional time cleaning up duplicates.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before moving to DonorDock, we had donor information scattered across multiple databases, each with different criteria for tracking donations, along with varying processes and procedures. With DonorDock, we’re transitioning to a more refined, integrated database that makes it easy to view donors’ current engagement as well as their historical giving. Reporting is straightforward and readily accessible, and we can also access additional training and support without difficulty. The support library gives our team ongoing training that’s easy to search and use, which helps us continue building our skills and improving the overall performance of both the software and our team.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

It's super useful.  Not a lot of stuff but features you actually need and use.  The after sales support is fantastic in terms of useful content and tips.  And the tech support is unmatched!   Have used two other CRMs for our non-profit and this one is by far the best.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

I'm about six months in and nothing comes to mind at this point.  They are constantly rolling out updates.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

We’ve been using DonorDock as our CRM for the past two years, and it’s been such a positive experience. The platform is very user‑friendly and easy to manage, even for teams that aren’t overly tech‑savvy. It offers a variety of features that make it simple to track donors, manage fundraising campaigns, and keep our data organized in one place.  

Kudos s their support team!! Any time we’ve had a question, they’ve been quick (and patient) to respond . It feels like they genuinely care about making sure we succeed.

Overall, DonorDock has made our donor management much more efficient and stress‑free. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

What I dislike about DonorDock, is that it lacks certain features: volunteer management/capacity, ticket sales, or event auctions.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DonorDock helps us by tracking all of our donations and keeping our contacts and donors organized in one central place. On top of that, we can easily send email blasts to our supporters directly through the system. Having everything in one platform saves us time, keeps our data accurate, and makes it much easier to stay connected with our community.

I like that DonorDock offers so many different things. From a donor CRM, fundraising pages, to email marketing. As a nonprofit, we lean on all of these features to help. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

I think the email marketing platform should be updated. It's really hard to format on there. The basic platform seems old and needs to be updated. I'd much rather format things on another platform because of how difficult it is to format graphics.

I use DonorDock to solve our fundraising tracking difficulties and manage donors. Its features like donor CRM, fundraising pages, and email marketing are essential for our nonprofit.

Donor Dock reporting is easy to use and easy to customize. I also love the team supporting us through the transition. Their customer support is amazing.

The activity section is too small (a lot of scrolling). I would like to have more control over how my dashboard appears and functions.

DonorDock keeps adding new functionality! I have been working hard to incorporate some of the automations that DonorDock offers. My favorite is the action board that keeps my fundraising on track--it is like having a Development Assistant!

What I like best about DonorDock is how incredibly simple and intuitive the platform is to use and navigate. Despite its user-friendly design, it comes packed with more features and 'bells and whistles' than we could have ever expected. It strikes the perfect balance between ease of use and powerful functionality, making donor management more efficient and effective than ever before.

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about DonorDock. In fact, I only wish I had switched to this platform sooner! It's been a game-changer for our donor management and overall efficiency.

Before DonorDock, we were extremely inefficient in managing donor relationships, which directly impacted our ability to connect with and engage our supporters. This platform is solving that problem by using technology to seamlessly organize and curate our donor relationships, allowing us to be more proactive without requiring extra manpower or time. DonorDock streamlines my process for entering donations and memberships. Customizable email notifications are useful. My office frequently uses the mass email features. Entering letter templates is easy and that whole process is self-explanatory.

Some features are obtuse or miss obvious customization that would be useful. AI features  are pushed heavily (though not mandatory) and are not useful.

We use DonorDock features for donation and membership management, mass email communication, contact banking, and letter templates.

I love that DonorDock prioritizes their clients and customer service.  Not only is their CRM easy to use, but if I ever have a question, I get real answers with a really fast turnaround.

I've been with DonorDock a year and I've yet to see a real downside.  They are easy to use, do what I need it to do, and help whenever I need it.

I love how easy it is to look at donor information.  And with the new AI feature I'm just starting to experiment in donor cultivation and retention.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

DonorDock's biggest strength is its easy-to-use interface. Compared to other CRMs, it is intuitive, simple, and sleek. The DD team understands that not every non-profit has a full size fundraising team that is diving deep into the numbers and running complex reports. This platform is built for the smaller teams that need quick access to donor data, with the commonly-used information front and center.

Customer support is another big strength for DonorDock. The team is very responsive and friendly. They take feedback into account and investigate issues. The team often implements the community's most-requested changes. There are times when I've had issues with DonorDock, and even though the feature I desired wasn't yet a reality, the support team went out of their way to find a workaround for me.

DonorDock has tools that make it easy to track how you are communicating with donors and assign team members to tasks. The tools go beyond simply storing donation data, but in a way that is sensible and applicable to the work that fundraisers should actually be doing on a daily basis.

Lastly, the pricing of DonorDock is much more reasonable than other CRMs out there. I think DD is an excellent choice for MOST nonprofits out there, especially those who are working with limited budgets and smaller teams.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

DonorDock lacks some of the more in-depth reporting tools found on other CRMs. The platform can also be a bit laggy or buggy at times. Overall, these issues have been minor and have not caused us to regret choosing DonorDock. Though, I wouldn't recommend this CRM for very large nonprofits who need top-of-the-line, complex fundraising software.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyone who has worked with a CRM can tell you: client data can easily get out of hand, especially if you have many years of data put together by different teams. DonorDock simplifies that data as much as is reasonably possible. It shows you what you need to know in a visually appealing way. It makes updating information relatively easy. Anyone can jump on DonorDock and pull the right information or add something new.

DonorDock is intuitive and provides everything a small or medium non-profit could ask for (and more) in a CRM. DonorDock may not be a household name yet, but the platform performs better than most I have worked with and it is a great value.

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike. The team is responsive and implements upgrades and new features all the time, so DonorDock is constantly improving.

DonorDock is an outstanding CRM that keeps donor data organized and coherent. Additional features allow us to fundraise, leverage automation, and so much more. It is not necessarily an all-in-one platform (yet) but offers integrations that allow organizations to customize their technology stack.

Not sure why some accounts are considered a possible duplicate and some others aren't, even when multiple identifiers are the same.  Custom reports aren't as easily viewed by line items.

Tracks donations easily, allows for ease of seeing progress for the year, month by month and year over year.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

DonorDock is easy to use and well-organized. As a start-up nonprofit, I don't have time to organize my donor fundraising actions. DonorDock takes care of that for me. Developing campaigns is easy. The one time I was having technical trouble, the staff at DonorDock responded quickly and got me through the issue knowledgably. I found getting started with DonorDock to be easy as well.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

DonorDock has lots of features that I am sure are very useful, but I don't use some of them because I am not quite ready to. I do know that DonorDock offers webinars that would probably help with this, but I have not had the time to take advantge of those.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DonorDock allows me to organize the donation/donor processes with little effort for me. As the executive director of a start-up, anything that makes things easy is worth gold.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

I have used several CRMs and Donor Dock is the easiest to use in my opinion. They also have great customer service and I have found that the training they offer is very helpful. It was easy to get started and the price is really good. I like that they don't charge more for additional features or for more constituents like many CRMs.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

I don't really use the nudges feature. It is a good idea in theory, but I find it not that useful.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track donor contact information and then communicate more consistently with our donors. We also stopped using spreadsheets to track donations which was a mess to deal with.

DonorDock's customer service is responsive and helpful. They respond within minutes during business hours. It is a great value for the price. The Dashboard is user friendly. I use it on a daily basis and love the ActionBoard reminders.

DonorDock is extremely user friendly and customer service is very prompt and helpful!  The smart response feature is like having additional staff!  Also, DonorDock's pricing is very fair!  I was most concerned about the implementation and integration process, however, the customer service team was very helpful and put me at ease every step of the way!

Honestly, I haven't not found anything I dislike at this moment.  Instead, I keep finding more features that are just so refreshing to see in a fundraising CRM!

DonorDock allows us to streamline our communication platforms and keeps track of touch points. My favorite feature on the back end are the activity reports which I can provide our Board of Directors.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

DonorDock is very easy to implement and use, and has a simplicity about it even though it utilizes a ton of features. The free version is fantastic as a donor management platform. While you don't get any email/marketing use on the free version, the rest of the features that can be accessed are great and include complete donor management with giving pages that have QR codes available to download. The responsivenes of their customer support team is excellent (intelligent and friendly!), whether they have the answer or need to find it. I personally have used DonorDock frequently, across many different nonprofit organizations.  The reports that you can run give you mass amounts of necessary data, whether you use their defaults such as LYBNT (last year but not this) and SYBNT (some year but not this) or create your own custom ones. These are great to use in conjunction with the marketing/email lists to continue to reach out to your donor network.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

Because DonorDock is fairly new still, there are some features that are still in development, or not yet slated to add to the platform. It will be interesting to see the growth of DD as they become even more competitive in the Donor Managment Platform arena. Also of interest to note, the text messaging feature (text-to-give) has a full 10 digit number intsead of a 4-6 easy number which can be cumbersome when using it for marketing purposes.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping donor activities in multiple places can be a nightmare especially when you need to reach out to a group of donors, track donations, or simply run an end-of-year giving report. DonorDock takes the stress out of tracking donations and donors by allowing anyone using it to access a plethora of different reports and lists that can be used for board meetings, for taxes, and for donors. One of the best features that is sometimes underused is setting up the ActionBoard to alert you of touchpoints to your donors. It may be a first time donor to send them a quick 'hello' note, or a long-time donor who is coming up on their 10th year of donating. These show up on the ActionBoard so you can quckly keep in touch with your donor base to drive donations, fundraising, and overall awareness. Couple this with the email platform and targeted marketing lists, and you not only have a took to track and keep in touch with donors, but reach out to new, potential donors with specific messagint. Also, allowing multiple giving pages gives organizations the opportunity to run multiple campaigns throughout the year that might have diffrent audiences.

DonorDock has literally been life changing compared to our previous CRM.  Not only is it much more intuitive to use, but when I do have a question, there are customer service options at my fingertips.  Weekly office hours to ask questions have been incredible and have really allowed me to put my DonorDock subscription to use.  I am already seeing how impactful it is in keeping on top of donations and follow ups.

I have no dislikes.  Any imperfections with DonorDock are quickly addressed by their outstanding team.

While we were using a different CRM beforehand, we still had contacts spread across several different databases (including email programs). Before the transition, only part of our team was using the CRM. Now, all of our team is using DonorDock each day. It's become the core software at the center of our ministry.

DonorDock is incredibly easy to use, has an intuitive user interface, a fantastic customer support team, and powerful capabilities for being such a small team. I loved that implementation and set up took hours not weeks, it blew my mind.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

DonorDock can sometimes have bugs, but it's not often and hasn't dirupted my daily activities. There are a few limitations when it comes to setting up "event" pages and customizaiton in terms of branding (few font options, no video embed, etc.) but none of these things come close to outweighing the pros of using the software.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have our own giving pages and can manage them and our donors in one place as well as prospects from our email automation software. It gives us a comprehensive look at all of our contacts and their data points. 

DonorDock gives us the ability to report in ways we never could. We now have a much better picture of donor activites and giving patterns and are able to prepare for fundraising initiatives with more confidence.

I've used many CRM applications in the past. DonorDock is easy to use and fits the needs of our nonprofit ministry. It was easy to import our existing data and to train staff and volunteers. We have strengthened our relationships with our donors and volunteers. DonorDock welcomes feedback and suggestions from its users. They have already integrated two of our suggestions that has improved how we communicate with our stakeholders. I look forward to a long relationship with the DonorDock team.

It would be helpful to have some additional fields so that data can be saved in a logical place. Right now, we are using a very broad description field to store all kinds of information.

The greatest benefit we are now using only DonorDock, Stripe and Square. In the past, we used 7 different platforms that were not integrated with each other.

I really apprecaite that it is user friendly. We looked at a bunch of other ones and it's super helpful that I (not being tech savvy) can go in and make chanegs without waiting for our IT team. It waas very easy to implement and set up. We can integrate it easily with our emails. Customer support is really nice! We use it multiple times a week.

We have not found any downsides yet and have been using it for a few months.

We had our donor lists and volunteer lists and email lists on Google sheets and MailerLite and other places. Donor Dock enables us to keep all the data together securely and orderly.

I have just moved a second organization to DonorDock because I love it so much. The support is phenomenal and the ability to integrate with so many other platforms through Zapier saves our staff SO MUCH TIME. It is fantastic!

Really, the only nit-picky thing is there are a few limitations on reporting, but honestly, every time I mention something I need to the support staff, THEY FIX IT RIGHT AWAY! It is amazing! Since I started using the program they even added an autofill county field for addresses which is a huge help to us as one of our biggest grants requires we track county of residence.

At my current org, the reporting has been very helpful in mining data about donors as we identify those who could potentially move from regular donors to major donors.

We were with a large well known brand that is very expensive before Donor Dock.  The software would take away features and some of the features they had were hard to use or not useful for all shops.  Donor Dock makes it easy to keep track of donor interactions, gifts, emails in one software.  We love that we are not worrying about having so many records and being charged more.  We are in process of moving all email communication to one system and not having to keep our software strictly to people who give. 

I love the ability to send emails directly in the app, the suggested nudges.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

DonorDock provides an easy-to-use product that nicely meets the needs of our small non-profit.  We have just over 2,000 contacts in our database, some with email addresses and some only with U.S. mail contact info.  We manage donations, email newsletters, etc.  The integration with Stripe has worked seamlessly. We like the fact that this is an active project with improvements and new features continuing to be added.  We also have had very good luck with their Support.  Prompt and helpful.  The reporting features also provide a lot of flexibility and work well.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

The features for creating various communications, whether email or .pdf, can be fairly limited and simplistic.  Better than some, but certainly that's not a core strength of DonorDock.  And there seem to be some database fields that we don't have access to or are not visible in a data dump.  But in general, these are rather minor things that don't overshadow the many positives.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM for our non-profit.  Integrates with Stripe and our website for accepting online donations.  Manages our thank-yous (including some that are automated).  Sends end-of-year donation receipts for tax purposes.  Sends periodic email newsletters to our contact lists.

The software is very intuitive and it is apparent that DonorDock listens to customer feedback because it continually improves making it the best out of the box experience.  The best thing is their talented consultants like Bridgette Bitzegaio who helped us import data from all kinds of sources so we could begin our eMarketing campaign.  Bridgette is hard working and so knowledgeable in the software.  We couldn't have chosen a better company to trust with our nonprofit business.

We haven't run into any downside using DonorDock.

DonorDock has allowed us to create a database with our donors, volunteers, and board members very quickly.  This is the first and last CRM software solution we will need.  Once you have your CRM database you are easily able to generate professional eMarketing emails using DonorDock templates with links to your company website and prebuilt donation buttons allowing emails to reliably link directly to your donation page.

I love that DonorDock is made specifically for non-profits and the unique aspects of donor relationships. It isn't a sales tool, it's a connection tool. Other platforms focus on leads and sales, and this has space for donations, memorial gifts, In Kind gifts, anonymous gifts, and so much more.

I wouldn't say I dislike anything about DonorDock, but I do wish the combining of contacts was simpler. It seems a bit cumbersome to scroll through and match. It would be nice if it was identifying possible duplicates using a variety of categories and not just email.

DonorDock keeps track of all of our donors in one place instead of relying on a spreadsheet. We can also have access for board members to utilize and write thank you notes which alleviates pressure from our ex. director.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

The one thing I wish the system had was a search bar at the top of the screen.

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DonorDock's automations are a huge timesaver! By having the system automatically send emails when logging a gift, it removes additional time from the thanking process.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

Donor Dock is a robust program with all the features a small nonprofit would want. The user interface is intuitive, and the customer service and training is great. The "office hours" for getting help are a great idea. The price doesn't break the bank, so that's a plus as well.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

It has so much functionality that it can be a little hard at first to figure out which features to use and/or turn on. We don't have a formal development professional, so all the reminders aren't as useful for us. Something to aspire to though!

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly we use it to track all our donations in one place, including all donor contact information, and what campaigns they contributed to. As we grow this information should be really helpful to have in one place rather than lots of spreadsheets.

I love utilizing email outreach. It's a great way to communicate with donors, prospects and even volunteers.

I wish there were more creative templates.

We're able to have all our active donors, prospects and volunteers organized in one place. We're also able to communicate with them easily and effectively.

**What do you like best about DonorDock?**

There are so many possibilities for capturing data in order to create meaningful and thoughtful engagement with donors according to amount donated, campaign donated to, as well as other notes and details. It's great for our small organization.

**What do you dislike about DonorDock?**

At first there are so many fields that can be used to capture information, but once you get started you get more familiar with what you will use, and how other fields can be used as well. It's honestly a great tool!

**What problems is DonorDock solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DonorDock is helping us to keep all of our data and donor engagement information in one spot, which streamlines our work and makes sending receipts and conducting menaingful communication much easier.
