"Effortless Webinars with Strong Engagement"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I love how Crowdcast strikes a perfect balance between polished, professional virtual events and extreme ease of use, something few other event platforms manage. It is effortless for attendees to join, with no downloads, plugins, or confusing links, just a simple click and watch experience. This convenience has significantly reduced our no-show rates and technical frustrations, making our events feel more credible. I also love how natural the engagement tools feel—chat, Q&A, polls, and highlights all work in real time without being clunky or distracting. Our events genuinely feel interactive and build much better connections with our audience. Crowdcast's setup is really straightforward and way easier than most enterprise event platforms we've used. What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

The biggest one for us is the analytics and reporting features. They cover the basics like attendance and replay views, but they’re not very deep. We can’t get detailed breakdowns of how long people stayed, which parts of the event they engaged with most, or advanced attendee behavior insights. For a B2B team trying to measure event quality and lead scoring, more robust analytics would be a huge upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Events with Room for Mobile Improvement"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I love how Crowdcast eliminates the hassle of creating separate forms by generating the registration page and automatically sending reminder emails to attendees, saving a lot of manual work. The question-specific playback is a big time-saver; viewers can click on a specific question after the live ends, and the video plays from the exact second the answer was given. I appreciate the built-in ticketing system, which is flexible enough to allow events to be free or paid, and setting up a payment gateway and managing subscriptions is straightforward. The system also sends a reminder to viewers before the event, making it easy for them to join with just a click. Additionally, it's very easy to set up and sign up, which made the initial experience smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

While Crowdcast works great in the browser, their mobile app experience isn't always as smooth. Sometimes viewers encounter technical issues while trying to join from the app. Many users complain that the app occasionally crashes or the video suddenly stops during live streaming. The app's compatibility optimization with different hardware models, especially on Android phones, is not very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth and Engaging Webinar Experience"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I use Crowdcast to host live webinars and online sessions, and it's easy to set up with a built-in chat that makes it simple to interact with the audience. It's been a smooth and reliable platform for my events. What I like most about Crowdcast is how simple and clean the interface feels. It's easy to go live without worrying about a complicated setup. I really appreciate the built-in chat and Q&A features because they make the sessions feel more interactive and engaging. The simple interface saves me time and makes setup stress-free, and the built-in chat and Q&A keep everything organized and help me engage with attendees easily. The initial setup was surprisingly easy and straightforward, and I was able to create and schedule my first event without much guidance. Crowdcast was also much easier to use and more focused on engagement compared to the previous platform we used. It fits pretty well into my overall workflow as I can use it alongside other tools like email marketing platforms and calendar apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

Sometimes the video quality can lag if the internet connection isn't strong. I also feel like the customization options for event pages could be better. A bit more flexibility there would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Browser-Based Webinar Solution"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I personally use Crowdcast for my webinars, and I really appreciate that it's a browser-based platform since this means I don't have to download any other software. This feature helps me a lot. I like the interface of Crowdcast because it's very simple, easy to use, and beginner-friendly. I regularly promote my products in my webinars, and Crowdcast supports me with its fast and reliable service, allowing members to easily join from the browser without needing to install or download anything. The polls, Q&A, and voting features are particularly helpful in understanding my audience's needs and finding better products. The setup was very easy, and the interface works well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

I find customization is limited in Crowdcast compared to Zoom, especially in live chats. Live chat messages appear on my screen 30-40 seconds late, which affects interaction during webinars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless All-in-One Virtual Event Platform"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I like that Crowdcast is a virtual event platform made for both hosts and attendees, not just for broadcasting. It offers polished, professional live production capabilities with no technical friction for me and my audience. It doesn't compromise between ease of use and engaging functionality, balancing these aspects well. I value its focus on small-to-mid-sized audience use cases, eliminating unnecessary enterprise features that add complexity. I enjoy the integrated all-in-one toolset combining streaming, chat, Q&A, polls, and recording functionalities, which saves me hours of pre-event setup and tech checks, reducing in-event tech stress. Having everything manageable with a few clicks creates a seamless attendee experience, requiring only one link for access without needing app downloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

I don't like that there's no audience segmentation or breakout rooms, which is critical for large events when you want to split attendees into small groups for discussion. The moderation tools don't scale well; the Q&A and chat become unmanageable with no way to assign multiple moderators to different threads or filter questions by topic. "Easy-to-Use Platform with Engaging Features"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I really like how simple and interactive Crowdcast is. It makes hosting live events feel smooth, and connecting with the audience is really easy. The simplicity of the platform saves me time because I don’t have to figure out complicated settings. The interactivity ensures that my audience stays engaged, turning the sessions into more of a conversation rather than a one-way presentation. The initial setup was pretty easy too, with straightforward steps. Overall, I find it reliable, easy to use, and great for engaging with an audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

Sometimes it can feel a bit limited in features, and occasional technical glitches can interrupt the flow. I’d love smoother performance and a few more customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Versatile Toolset"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I really like Crowdcast for its ease of use and its ability to adapt to the needs of our organization. It helps us reach, engage, and grow our community effectively, providing a very good service in this area. The software's effortlessness and user-friendly design are also great, along with the ability to provide a seamless platform for various needs like engagement and e-commerce. I love how everything I need is right there, making it very convenient. The ability to broadcast live shows is fantastic, turning our in-house videos into engaging community events. It also offers teaching and training options, which include a variety of courses and lessons accessible through different formats like slides and questionnaires. The wide variety of tools, such as Patreon events, workshops, and webinars, is also very interesting for me to use in Crowdcast. The initial setup is quite easy, with representatives available to help if needed, and the software itself is self-explanatory with good guidance and graphics. I appreciate being able to use it independently without needing help from others, which makes it user-friendly with a perfect look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

I noticed that the virtual conferences could work a little bit more glitch-free. When trying to get into a virtual conference or a tech fest, it does hang a little when it has multiple users joining in or not even hang, but just glitch for a couple of seconds. So maybe we can work on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The One-Link Masterpiece for Seamless Live Events"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I love the One Link simplicity. The fact that attendees use the same URL to register, join the live session, and watch the replay is a game-changer. It eliminates the usual confusion of multiple emails and links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

I dislike that the customization options are quite limited. You don't have much control over the layout of the registration pages or the live stream interface. It's hard to make the event feel 100% like your own brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple it is to use and how smoothly everything runs during live events. It makes it easy to connect with people and keep sessions organized. The setup was simple and quick. The steps were clear, and we were able to start hosting events without any trouble. Crowdcast made it easier to manage live events and audience interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Webinar Hosting with Engaging Features"
What do you like best about Crowdcast?

I use Crowdcast for hosting live webinars and virtual events, and it's really helpful for engaging with an audience in real time through features like Q&A, polls, and chat. I appreciate how simple and reliable it is for hosting live events, with a clean and easy-to-navigate interface that makes setting up webinars or workshops stress-free. I love the interactive features like Q&A and polls, which keep the audience engaged and make sessions feel more personal. The ability to stream directly without needing extra software saves a lot of time. The clean interface is a big deal because it removes the stress of setting up and managing events. Everything is intuitive with no cluttering menus, allowing me to focus on the content instead of the platform. Interactive elements like Q&A and polls elevate the experience by turning a basic webinar into an engaging conversation, where attendees can ask questions in real time. Polls are great for quick feedback or gauging audience opinions, which helps me tailor the session on the spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crowdcast?

Sometimes the video quality fluctuates depending on the attendees' connection, and there's limited control over optimizing that. The analytics dashboard could be more detailed with deeper insights into engagement and attendee behavior, which would be really helpful. Lastly, the pricing fees are high for smaller events, and a more flexible plan would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
