The app is easy to use and has some great functionality. Excellent team management with easy to use menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing is currently cost prohibiting for a small business of 2-5 people. After a recent review the company reached out and is using feedback for future developments. Their current platform would be extremely useful for larger businesses at its current price point. Hoping to see some small business options in the future. Appreciated the quick communication and opportunity for positive feedback. Thank you Chen! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly and customizable. The ability to tailor workflows, track employee tasks, and communicate seamlessly in real time has been invaluable to our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The mobile app is highly accessible, making it easy for our team to stay connected and manage tasks from anywhere. The reporting tools are robust, giving us valuable insights into performance and progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Connecteam for a few months and find it to be timesaving for me as the business owner especially when compiling hours for pay. My staff appreciates the simplicity of entering time and the reminders to sign in. Our work is done remote so hours are insistent and can be at numerous locations. Other apps require full integration into other systems and requires prescheduling to lock in specific sites or clients which is too complicated and time consuming for me to implement weekly and then alter. Connecteam meets our needs. I no longer need to nag my employees to submit manually their hours and I do not have to tabulate the hours pressured by meeting the payroll deadline. I can pull the hours when ever it is convenient for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would prefer if I could standardize my pay period (stop and start dates) permanently/automatically instead of having to filter timesheets for each pay (i.e., Sunday through Sat biweekly.) Payroll would be easier and I can monitor hours at a glance more readily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The variety of solutions like manual vs automatic breaks, kiosk vs non-kiosk app, employee time clock codes, and intercompany communication. The support I have received when I had questions was great, in that even if something was not possible at the time, they really make you feel like your wants are valued . The ease of use for all ages of our employees (You can stick to just clocking in and out simply, or you can dive deep into the app to gain more benefits like inter company communication and HR related topics. Setting up the program for our employees was quite easy, as it only required a cell phone number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That I am unable to add a unpaid bread that will deduct from an employees time if they did not issue a break shift during that specific day.
The amount of notifications that are sent by default.
I wish that there was a method to increase the frequency of use for management. By this I mean that our management is not motivated to stay on time of daily approvals as they occur so often (employees clocking out outside of the geo range, adding comments, or editing by accident) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far with inplimenting connecteam into our everyday scheduling and team communication we've seen a significant increase in available time... even less headache to find out whose available and not... now no more msg tag or phone tag. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Theres really not too much about connecteam i dont like... maybe how on the app you cant set multiple calendar entries in a group they have to be done individually but on the browers version you can... id like to see multiple date entries on the schedule able to be made and set duration across the days for the work instead of creating them for the individual days one at a time if the job is reocurring unyil complete... you can set it that it continues but it only allows you to put a break in for the evening not stop the days work and commence again the following day... we can only put breaks in for jobs running longer than one day or just enter them in individually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Implementing Connecteam in our company has allowed us to streamline employee scheduling, payroll, and other administrative aspects within one centralized application. One of the best features is setting PTO time for our employees and how easy it is for each respective employee to track their own time off, no more waiting for an answer from the office. Connecteam has been great for us, with no real issues. Our biggest sticking point early on was the limited number of PTO policies we could write, but ultimately the support team was able to work something out for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the separate time clock function the most useful along with the request function. Communication between my employees has never been so simple. They can send me a message to adjust or query anything whilst out on the road which ensures issues aren't forgotten. Separating the timeclocks for the different areas and times that teams work keeps monitoring working hours much easier. I use the system multiple times a day for communication and monitoring reasons. I found implementation easy, even for our not so tech savvy employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't come across anything that has hindered the use of the system. Customer support sends emails and updates to ensure modifications are explained. Although I am unable to comment on the ease of integration at this point as we use a niche software system that we run payroll through so can not use the integration function. I like that I can schedule certain photographers to different locations. It's been nicer to help keep things written down. I have also loved being able to have my photographer use the clock in function while mobile. We don't have a location so they need to be able to clock in and out wherever they are. The integration into Google Calendar is rough. Yes, it is there, but it's not reliably quick. It takes a long while for things to transfer over. I may be using it incorrectly, but I don't think so. A seamless and smooth integration is a must for freelancers like me with multiple jobs pouring into one schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When using connect team I am able to keep all our information in one place and can choose who has access to each feature. It keeps everything connected and organized. I love the chat option as well because it gives you information on who viewed each message and allows you to edit the message as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was not a big fan of the scheduling aspect of the system only because for my line of work we need something that is more visually organized. We need to deligate technicians and vehicles and I was not able to see who had what without clicking on each event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an HR manager in the hospitality industry, what we like best about Connecteam is its versatile communication and scheduling tools. The scheduling feature keeps shifts organized, while the call-off feature streamlines attendance management, making last-minute changes much easier to handle. We also use it to post events and announcements, ensuring our team stays informed and engaged. It’s an efficient, all-in-one platform that enhances communication and workflow for a fast-paced industry like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside of Connecteam is that notifications are limited to the business you’re currently logged into. Since we manage multiple businesses on the platform, it would be helpful to receive notifications for all locations without having to switch between them manually. This can sometimes lead to missed updates or delayed responses, which is challenging in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Connecteam for managing my team, and it’s been great. It’s simple to use, and I can assign tasks, track progress, and keep everyone on the same page. The mobile app is perfect for my team in the field. It’s made everything more organized and efficient. Definitely recommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m not always on my laptop and I dont like that mobile app doesn’t include all the features, such as the ability to send forms. I can only send forms through the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
