**What do you like best about Claritysoft?**

I like how Claritysoft keeps all customer information organized and accessible. The sales pipeline view makes it easy to see where each lead is, and the customizable dashboards let me focus on the metrics that matter most. It's simple enough to use daily but powerful enough to handle complex sales processes. I also enjoy the automation features, like task reminders and follow-up alerts, which ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The reporting tools are really effective for tracking sales trends and team performance. Plus, I appreciate the integration with email, which keeps communication smooth without needing to switch between apps.

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

A few things could be improved in Claritysoft: the interface feels a bit dated, which can make navigation slower. Some advanced reporting options are limited compared to other CRMs, and customization can be tricky for complex workflows. Faster updates and a more modern UI would make it even better.

**What do you like best about Claritysoft?**

It’s super easy to navigate and keeps all my customer info in one place. I love how quickly I can track leads and follow-ups without getting lost in complicated menus.

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

It lacks some deeper customization options and the reporting tools could be more flexible. Also, the UI feels a bit dated at times.

**What problems is Claritysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Claritysoft helps us manage leads, track customer interactions, and stay on top of follow ups. It’s reduced the chaos in our sales process and made our team more organized and efficient.

**What do you like best about Claritysoft?**

Activities reminders are helpful. Been able to click on the links for itineraries and group help too. There is not too many things I'm fond of the CRM.

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

Clarity soft is integrated with our Order admin system. I have seen that in that integration sometimes when we submit orders, claritysoft does not capture all the data that we put in our form. Sometimes it does, which makes it inconvenient to have to contact another co worker about the missing information. There is no color system I can use with the Stage. This could be beneficial for people that has ADHD like me. Also, Claritysoft contact management is not the best in the sense that every lead is created, even if it is a repeat, creates a new contact and that creates too many duplicates. There should be a way it can detect is the same person. We need ways that the notes can add color, bold, italica and things like that. All plain notes are not the best.

Where can I have my leads and keep track on what I need to answer.

**What do you like best about Claritysoft?**

The interface and subcategories are much easier to move around in compared to my last job which was using salesforce.  I find it very easy to accomplish my tasks and to find out where to go when something new comes down the pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

The only thing I dislike about clarity soft is that I am having to constantly log back in after being away from it, and then sometimes it just boots me off of the previous screen, which is not fun.

**What problems is Claritysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really use the calendar a lot along with the opportunities.  It benefits me because I see exactly where I am and what I need to do for the day, week, and month.

**What do you like best about Claritysoft?**

Good experience in general. Have only been using for 3 months though. It is EXTREMELY intuitive, very easy to customize. Love how you can filter results and searches without much effort at all!

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

Nothing per say, I've used Salesforce in the past and this does seem a bit easier to use. I guess the only thing I dislike is that I wish it would pick up when Accounts or Contacts appear to be duplicates, and automatically merges them.

**What problems is Claritysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the storing of all Accounts and Contacts in a single system that allows them to be updated with each and every contact point.

The easiest implementation and best customer support team. It's easy to use and they keep adding valuable features.

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

Learning reports was a little challenging for me. I've led several software implementations and struggled to do this on my own. Thankfully, our integration included some training where Susan was phenomenal in helping me set up weekly KPI reports based on our needs.

**What do you like best about Claritysoft?**

The customer service team is very responsive and takes the times to thoroughly address any issues or questions we may have. The CRM is always growing and the team considers (and often implements) suggestions given by its users. It is always growing and getting better as features are added a few times a year.

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

The interface can sometimes be a little clunky if (like us) you like to see a lot of information on one page.

**What problems is Claritysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Claritysoft to record customer information and keep it up to date, keep records of customer interactions (meetings, mailings, emails, etc.), and track our sales. Several CRMs are tailored to meet the needs of financial advisors, but because our company serves a niche clientele (public educators), we needed a CRM that let us customize modules and data fields. Claritysoft allows us to record and organize data that other financial industry CRMs did not.

**What do you like best about Claritysoft?**

I like how it works back and forth between my email and clarity.  I can utilize both systems and the communicate and transfer information well

**What do you dislike about Claritysoft?**

If I bring up an email, and I want to copy and paste the same information in the email to another area, I cannot do this.  Also, sometimes the system is slow.  I convert to a sale, I go into sale and it is not there.  I refresh and sometimes even sign out and go back in and its not there.  I re do the sale, and later two sales show up.

**What problems is Claritysoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM  activities keeps me on track with call backs and follow ups.  I recieve numerous leads, and I work them all.  Making sure I go back and follow up was an issue, now CRM tracks them for me
