- Cisco has allowed for a secure interface to access various programs (LIMS, OSIPI, etc.).

- There are minimal problems often involved with logging in and the wait time with the opening of programs it houses are typically under 30s - 1min.

What do you dislike about Cisco Workload Optimization Manager?

- Not much to dislike about the product. It has allowed for efficient usage of multiple programs, but the user navigation can be improved for first-time users.

It was often difficult to navigate when being first introduced to the system and required some calls to IT for assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize Cisco Workload in our call center, which makes up the majority of the employees in my business unit. We have multiple different software systems that our reps use and these run very slow while pulling multiple data sources and membership lists together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cisco Workload Optimization Manager?

Sometimes it runs slower, newer software/implementation. We are awaiting for a new version to be published. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cisco Workload Optimization Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving issues with reps taking time away from our IT reps to help them reboot our systems or fix glitches that make our software systems run slower. IT reps have more time to work on higher level projects. We haven't updated our "smart" softwares in years, so this has created a faster paced environment for reps to switch from being on the phone with a customer and logging information into our database. Centralized vmApp with Turbonomic. Handy tool that analyzes the hardware, storage, and compute on UCS to ensure that workloads are neither under- nor over-resourced. Public and private cloud system is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
