It is easy to use for candidate sourcing and applicant tracking. It also helpful for Integration with CRM like Zoho. It really helpful for me to manage the interview and reporting and tracking.

If you have large database then you will face one issue which is performance which I also faced after having large enterprise database.

**What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?**

They provide internal database management and client management. They have an internal posting system as well which makes use of application submissions very easy. They also have documentation management which makes the process smoother

**What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?**

Little complex for first-time users as compared to job diva. With their training system, anyone can use it but it takes time to configure the system as per organization requirements.

I am working in Healthcare Recruitment firm and they have taken trial for Ceipal and planning to take one as i have used it in a previous organisation it was very helpful. We are currently using job diva as primary ATS.  Ceipal provide us documentation management and integration with souricng platform as well as VMSs. It is benifial to us as we have access to everything at one place. we don't have to remember the vms, job code etc. we can simple look into the candidate details and we get cross link for everything. ceipal has efficiently reduced our back and fourth in the process. additionally, very helpful in managing everything at one place.

earlies i used search candidate in my PC's database but not just i have to search in ceipal from candidates' email id, is'nt it easy

Good database. We can easily access candidates details. We are also able to upload bulk profiles for a specific role. We can create a job and add profiles.

The best thing i like about Ceipal is it has the 3 portals together it make is easier to login and use also recently the speed and the smoothness of the Ceipal has increased and lot of new features of AI are coming that is a good thing as i am a recruiter AI is a life saver for me.

Nothing to dislike but sometimes it logs out automatically don't know why, You just have to login again so its kind of irritating.

It is one of the excellent ATS tools to be used. We can easily fetch the resumes by integrating them with other job boards. We can follow up with the candidates through Ceipal and update the status. This is the best tool for the recruiters' end-to-end process, from Sourcing to the candidate's onboarding process.

The AI tool is significantly less used; it can be updated. Sometimes, the tool gets hanged up, and these bugs can be rectified.

Many of the resumes currently available in Ciepal are outdated. I recommend reviewing and updating the database to improve sourcing accuracy. Once this is addressed, Ciepal can truly operate on autopilot.

Ceipal at first initial looks difficult but it is very easy to use because of its easy and readable style

I am using ceipal and the only downside I noticed was that there were two options to make the job postings one was INC and one was PVT LTD so the data that was uploaded to inc was visible to me but PVT LTD data was not accessible to me or my team

Ceipal has performance issues. when database size will be big, it will be lags. it has frequent errors, server issues, and login problems.

The ceipal provides us good sourcing qualified candidate, it is a major challenge for recruiters. it provides us top 85% profiles on top. The CEIPAL integrates three job portals - Monster, Dice and CB. so at one time, so many users can use these three job portals.

I liked admin pannel very much beacuse whenever i want to add any fileds or submissions statues it is easy to use and esay to understand also it is useful for recruitment very much while we recruite a candidate we will easy to track the candidate and will know where the candidate is like submission or interview if the client rejected we also know that one also also we used to find candidates and job postings to create filters from the begining to i used ceipal portal and in contact with support persons also till now.

Weher we move the candidate from interview to placements in the middel of process e-boarding it shouldn't be helpful for us...

When the team wants to integrate anything ill raise a ticket the support will contact me within 10 - 15 mins i like the support very much and they are useful for anything that we facing any issue.

Ceipal is the best to send mass emails to all my candidates and easy to post Jobs on job boards, and it is my favorite feather in ceipal because of how easy it is to post a job.

Sometimes it feels a bit slow, especially when you’re trying to search for profiles in a large Database. also apart for the job posts and Bulk Email options there are not many good options or feathers

Our whole company uses ceipal so most of the profiles I encounter are already been working with us, so it is hard to find new profiles and also lot of the profiles that are displaying are inaccurate and old. so solving this problems will benefit not only me but everyone and  by solving the inaccurate profiles problem can be very helpful for recruiters and also for the job seekars.
