I can quickly jump into a quote right away, and when I need to dig into rfq's or other more detailed work it's simple to move to those sections. We have seen that their rating data is highly accurate. **What do you dislike about Cargo Chief C4?** Nothing that we have outright disliked about Cargo Chief yet. The setup and integration went smoothly. The only thing we could nit-pick is possibly data accuracy. They do a good job, but of course in today's world data ages extremely quickly so I anticipate this could be an issue in the future if there isn't a heavy focus on data sifting frequently. **What problems is Cargo Chief C4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cargo chief brings in new options for carriers who may not yet be in our network. They will also hold your historical data to help streamline your carrier selection in order to build relationships with the same carriers you use frequently and save money instead of having to go to the spot market everytime. ### 2. It makes it so easy to keep track of every carrier we source for any given project. Also the team is so responsive, any issue we have we reach directly to our rep who responds almost immediately. **What do you dislike about Cargo Chief C4?** One thing that I like the least is the lack of carrier portal for carriers to input their own preferred lanes to help the carrier procurement end of the product. **What problems is Cargo Chief C4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the carriers we have in our network on any given project and ensuring we are doing everything we can to reuse carriers as much as possible. ### 3. They are able to provide us with spot rates that are accurate to the region. We have been very please with cargo cheif/ C4. Gives us the opportunity to mass blast loads to our carrier base. **What do you dislike about Cargo Chief C4?** At times c4 can be slow to use, and requires multiple refreshes of the page before displaying information. Contributing to a slow in productivity. **What problems is Cargo Chief C4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves the problem of not having contacts in certain regions of the US for carriers. ### 6. There doesn't seem to be a way to verify or report it on our end. I saw a carrier posted saying that they went from Cincinnati, OH to Orlando, FL daily when I called to discuss the load they said they don't go to Florida. **What problems is Cargo Chief C4 solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far it hasn't. I've ran into a bunch of carriers that don't have trucks in the areas I'm looking for often or don't go to the destination they are listed for. ### 10.
