People are able to find the jobs they want in their preferred locations without having to spend a lot of time searching.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

At times, the jobs listed do not accurately reflect the payment or the requirements involved.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't encountered any major problems, so this question doesn't really apply to me.

Career builder has proven to be the best way for us to keep up with how many applicants we have and exactly which ones are qualified for which position! I would highly recommend!

There was nothing I really dislike about using applicant tracking. We loved everything about it!

Applicant tracking has made the whole hiring process so much easier! It saves time and shorten the overall time from the initial contact to the interview!

**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

You can easily search and reachout the candidates for almost any job. All suitable filters are available to chose from, Like VISA status, Employment type, Location and distance from specific Zip code. I could find many matches from Careerbuilder and i have closed the positions with the help of this awesome recruitment tool.
This is very easy to use, once you have basic understanding of Boolean search, It gives you the most relavent results. Also, the features from filter section are very useful too.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

Sometimes the Logout Glitch, It automatically logs me out of the session during the search. When i have opened sufficient profiles based on my search and i start calling one by one, It logs out automatically and then i have to rediscover the candidates by starting the fresh search after login again.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not using CB as ATS, company has other tool for that purpose. I am using CB for simpy sourcing purpose and it has been very helpful in that. I have found so many matches on my jobs and filled few of them with the help of CB. For instance I have recenly filled a Application Admin position, the profile was fist discovered in CB and then other Platforms, I was lucky to submit the candidate before anyone else found her.

I use Careerbuilder ATS and it is very easy to use and implement. This ATS helps me post jobs and find the best talent in the job market. It simplifies and automates the recruitment process. It helps me to track and hire more talent within a given period of time.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

I haven't had any problems with the CB ATS and so far everything is working great.

**What problems is CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a recruiter, I use Careerbuilder job postings from which we can post jobs and find the right talent for IT and non-IT positions. This ATS integrates both past applicants and sourced resumes, so we can maintain these applicants and talent network members in our database in a single search.

I use Career builder Applicant Tracking ATS for Sourcing and onboarding right applicants for the job. This ATS automated our pre screen process, so we can schedule an interview directly with the candidate. It helps us to generate reports and share it within the team to improve our process.

It helps to source candidates, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates and we can update the status of candidates.

There are no dislikes about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking at this time.

"The most appealing aspects of CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking are its extensive feature set and easy-to-use UI. Our hiring procedure is made more organised and efficient by the platform. Our entire hiring process is improved by the flexibility to track candidate progress, modify workflows, and easily communicate with team members. Furthermore, the comprehensive reporting features offer insightful information that supports our data-driven decision-making. Notable aspects of the platform include its applicant sourcing tools and integration capabilities, which support a more comprehensive and successful hiring process.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

"CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking has several useful features, but there are also a few areas that I don't think are as good. First off, there may be a high learning curve for some advanced features. To improve the user experience, particularly for novice users, more training materials or assistance are recommended. Second, even though the platform offers a considerable degree of customisation, there are some restrictions on how we may modify particular procedures to meet our particular requirements. Increased adaptability in this area would be advantageous. All things considered, if these issues are resolved, the system may become even more flexible and user-friendly."

**What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

Career builder help me to the hiring process, making it more efficient and less time-consuming. This includes features like resume parsing, automated job posting, and centralized communication tools. I can easily filter out candidates I want based on their work  authorisation without calling each number to clairfy their status. Very effective and effeiciant. Easy integration with our existing HR tools is also a plus point.

**What do you dislike about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?**

Limited customization offers where sometimes we have unique or complex hiring processes that the ATS doesn't fully accommodate. Need software updates too to make it more smoother and stops crashing from the backend.

CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking centralizes the hiring process, allowing recruiters to manage candidates, communication, and hiring workflows in one place. This can significantly increase efficiency and organization.
