I like how quickly Cadmium adapted to providing virtual event options that suited my organization's needs - and the way they responded when I reported needs they hadn't addressed, developing loads of new options. Sometimes their penchant for having meetings rather than communicating via email is hard for me, as someone who remembers things way better when reading them rather than hearing them, but I tend to work around that by confirming things in writing where I can.
