We use BulkSMS.com at Trust My Pet Sitter on a daily basis to keep our customers up to date with communication. SMS means we don't have to worry about them missing an important emails and messages. It is easy to implement, highly adaptable, easy to use and intregrates with our HubSpot CRM. Customer support is prompt and the team get back to you quickly if you need them. We use BulkSMS for all our transactional SMS's with ease. We have it natively integrated with ActiveCampaign and our SMS's are sent seamlessly through automations.
On the rare occasion we've needed help, their support has always been prompt, helpfuk and professional.
