What do you like best about Bluehost?

I am so very pleased with Bluehost's tech support. I just recently got more involved in the website process of how it all works in the "back end". I had no idea of the components, where they were, what they were and most of all how to trouble shoot issues that we were having. I was able to get a friendly, kind, courteous tech support rep who took the time out to help me and answer all my questions in a way that I could really understand. Then the support rep recommended Blue Sky which is an additional support service where a tech support takes me step by step in figuring out the solutions to my website problems, by going on my screen and showing me directly how to correct the issue. I am so very happy with this that it makes it easier for me and I am now more efficient when I am working on our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluehost?

I have no dislikes using Bluehost Webpress Hosting. All my interactions with them have been positive. Such an easy and efficient means of hosting our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bluehost solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Bluehost Wordpress, I know that our website is a priority to them. They must work with many, many companies and I feel that that give me that individualized support that is needed. I am spending less time on figuring things out and more time in the solutions.
