**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

After several years of using Birdeye, it continues to be a key part of our marketing and reputation strategy at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Dallas, and it’s only gotten better with time.

What initially stood out to us was strong automation, AI-driven insights, and dependable customer support, which evolved into an even more powerful platform. The AI tools have become more intuitive and insightful, helping us quickly understand customer feedback, identify trends across multiple locations, and stay proactive in improving the overall customer experience.

The automation continues to be a game-changer for our team. From generating reviews after every move to streamlining responses, Birdeye saves us hours of manual work each week. As our Dallas operations have grown, the platform has scaled seamlessly with us, making it easy to maintain consistency across all locations.

At this point, Birdeye isn’t just a tool for us; it’s a long-term partner in helping us build trust with our customers and strengthen our online presence. If you’re looking for a platform that grows with your business and delivers real results, Birdeye is a great choice.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Our team enjoys using Birdeye, we have nothing negative to say about it!

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Birdeye, I was manually sending review requests to customers, which could take 2+ hours out of my day. Now, with automation, I can simply upload a spreadsheet of customers and Birdeye takes care of sending requests and even responding to the majority of reviews. The ability to use pre-written responses is another huge time-saver, allowing me to stay consistent while focusing more attention on higher-level review management. The results have been incredible, since starting with Birdeye, we’ve gained nearly 3,000 reviews and increased our rating from 4.5 to 4.9. To put that into perspective, it took us 5–10 years to reach our first 1,000 reviews before using the platform. Birdeye has truly been a game changer and is absolutely worth it.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

As a multi-location business, staying on top of reviews used to feel overwhelming. Birdeye makes it effortless. I love being able to see all of our locations, read and respond to reviews, and keep everything organized in one place — it keeps our whole team on the same page and makes sure nothing slips through. I'm in Birdeye every single day, and honestly, it's become one of the most valuable tools we use. If you're managing more than one location, this platform is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The one area I'd love to see improved is load speed when navigating between locations. With so many locations under our account, it can take a bit longer than expected to pull up a specific one. Faster load times would go a long way in helping our team work more efficiently — it's a small change that would make a big difference in our day-to-day workflow.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many facilities, we receive a constant stream of reviews across all of our locations — and for a long time, finding a platform that could bring them all together in one place was a real challenge. Birdeye solved that for us. Now our team can manage everything centrally, which has made our review process dramatically more efficient and far less overwhelming.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

What I like best about Birdeye is how it brings everything into one place and actually drives results without adding more work.

The automation is the biggest win. Reviews get sent out consistently after move ins and move outs, follow ups happen automatically, and it keeps our locations generating steady feedback without relying on staff to remember.

I also like the visibility. Being able to see reviews, listings, messaging, and performance across all locations in one dashboard makes it easy to spot trends and fix issues quickly.

Another big plus is how it supports growth. The review volume helps with local SEO, builds trust with customers, and directly impacts rentals. It is not just a tool we use, it is something that actively helps drive business.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

One of the main challenges with Birdeye is that some of the integrations and data tracking are not always as clear or reliable as they could be.

For example, tying reviews and leads back to specific marketing efforts or keywords can be difficult, especially when trying to measure true ROI. The Google keyword tracking and analytics side has felt limited or inconsistent at times.

There is also a bit of a learning curve with setup and customization. Things like automation rules, templates, and syncing with other systems take time to dial in, and small changes are not always as straightforward as you would expect.

Overall, it is a strong platform, but better reporting clarity and smoother integrations would make it even more valuable.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye is solving the problem of inconsistent customer feedback, scattered online presence, and missed opportunities to turn happy customers into new business.

Before using it, reviews were hit or miss and depended on staff remembering to ask. Now it automates the entire process. Every move in and move out consistently triggers a review request, which has helped us build a steady flow of feedback across all locations.

It also solves the issue of managing multiple listings and customer interactions in different places. Instead of jumping between platforms, everything is centralized, which saves time and makes it easier to respond quickly and stay on top of our reputation.

The biggest benefit is growth. More consistent reviews have improved our visibility in local search, built trust with new customers, and directly helped increase rentals. It has taken something that used to be manual and inconsistent and turned it into a system that runs in the background and drives real results.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I use Birdeye on a daily basis for communicatin purposes with our patients. With this, Birdeye makes it very easy to build that personal connection with your clients with the easy to use texting system. Not to mention Birdeye's support team is always there on the drop of a hat to assist with any questins or issues you have with the program. Very delightful team.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I wish Birdeye had the ability to send out "texting blasts" for marketing purposes. Also, I do wish Birdeye was able to make more of a "profile" for all contacts. That way you are able to keep a Card on file for runnng payments, and able to customize settings for each contact.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clinic had issues keeping organized communication with our patients, and our presence on Google platform was very minimal. Birdeye has helped us gain an ongoing groth of Google reviews which has made up stand out from our local competitors!

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I really like the customization features of Birdeye. It's crucial for us that the review requests appear as if they're coming directly from our clients, which helps in client engagement. The ability to tailor these requests uniquely to each client ensures they look authentic and cater to every business's specific needs. Also, the initial setup of Birdeye is incredibly easy, thanks to the awesome support team. They're always quick to respond and assist with any issues we have, which makes managing new client accounts smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I would like it, when we have integration set up, sometimes they break. And we're not always made aware of that. That can be frustrating because I'm not checking the integrations, you know, truly. Ever after they're set up. So sometimes that happens and go a month without getting review requests. And that's a problem. So I would love to be more informed when integrations are down.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Birdeye simplifies the process of gaining reviews with its easy-to-use technology and customizable review requests, which are crucial for client engagement. It ensures requests appear authentic to the business, making it easier for my clients' feedback to look genuine.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

All of our reps have been amazing! We appreciate the responsiveness that they all have.  I love that we can 
respond to reviews right from the Birdeye dashboard and not have to log into each platform individually!  I also love the dashboard so that I can see a quick snapshot of our overall reviews, our ratings on the top three review sites, our conversion rates for both mobile and email, our reviews over time and our NPS score and visitor summary.  

Also, the reporting feature is super easy to use!  The standard reports are powerful but you can also customize them for what you need.  An added bonus is that we receive our FB & IG messenger messages on the platform also.  We recently added surveys and those are working beautifully!

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The ONLY thing I dislike is that the phone number and email address that is used for patient texting and emailing is a 2-way line.  We often have patients text, call or email for questions, issues, etc.  I cannot wait for an enhancement that make it a "do not reply".

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting our patients to review us more and therefore increasing our ratings.  We are also sending surveys to new patients to get a feel for their happiness with their visits before they get a review request.  I also love the mobile app because if I am away from my computer I can see if there are any negative sentiments and act on them right away!  I can also respond to reviews from the app so that I can do it on the fly.

I like the easy navigation and the centralized dashboard, which helps make managing online reviews and posting to social media simple and efficient. Streamlined layout saves time and helps ensure we maintain a consistent and professional online presence.  Helps me stay organized so I can perform at the highest level.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

The cost may feel higher compared to simpler tools, especially for smaller teams; integrations may require extra help to function exactly as needed.  Some features have a learning curve, but it's easy to manage and pick up after you get a hang of it.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Review management and responding. I use it to post to social media and help mange my content calendar. I also use it for listings to ensure all our listings are correct among multiple platforms. It's nice when I have to update our hours for special occasions or holidays, I just update it on Birdeye and it updates my hours across all social platforms. It's so nice I don't have to go into all these platforms to do that.

I use Birdeye for reputation management and take advantage of pretty much all of its AI tools. I love how it makes automating reviews easy, so we don't have to reach out to clients ourselves. Scheduling social media posts is a breeze, and the feature where it writes posts for us is fantastic—I simply approve them, and they go live. I'm also enjoying the Search AI, and while we're still learning more about it, I can already see it benefiting us by identifying gaps in our marketing. Setting up Birdeye was a piece of cake, and I appreciate that they help us with setting up our clients' sites or accounts if needed.

Can't think of anything. Perhaps how long it takes to setup each client.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I like how Birdeye helps us monitor reviews for our company online and push positive reviews to our social media channels. It's valuable to have a heads up on both negative and positive reviews as they come in, allowing us to address them promptly. I appreciate the feature where Birdeye automatically answers many of the positive reviews for us, though I prefer to personally handle negative ones. Additionally, the customer service is very good, making it easy to add or remove accounts without issues.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

There's nothing that I dislike about Birdeye. There are times when we may not use all of the features, but that's simply because we don't need them at that time.

Birdeye helps us monitor online reviews, giving us alerts for negative feedback so we can investigate and resolve issues. It also allows us to promote positive reviews on social media and has AI-generated responses for positive feedback, enhancing our online reputation management.
