**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

I find the Google auto-response feature in Birdeye very helpful, as our organization has a number of facilities and receives many reviews. I like the ability to have Google post auto responses, which is quite a time saver for me, ensuring reviews are responded to in a timely manner. I also appreciate that I can post a response if needed and manage responses to negative reviews personally. Additionally, I like that I can upload company assets to incorporate the vision and values of our facilities into the responses. Another feature I enjoy is forwarding positive reviews to our social media sites. The initial setup was easy and the reps were easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

There are times when I need to tweak the auto-responses it gives because it doesn't quite understand the sentiment of the question. It's not a problem because I do check the responses, but if there was an area to improve, it might be that.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Birdeye to manage Google reviews efficiently with auto responses, saving time across multiple facilities. It lets me upload assets for responses and handle negative reviews personally, ensuring we maintain our facilities' vision and values.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has made getting customer reviews easy with custom integrations. I save time responding to reviews using either their BirdAI feature that generates custom responses or automatically responding with custom templates. The Birdeye microsites have given increased visibility online as well and drive additional traffic to our businesses. Our account manager goes over performance on a monthly basis and helps deploy new strategies based on the results.
Birdeye has a robust suite of tools and we have expanded into using Ai Search and listings tools which are some of the best in the industry with very intuitive controls and performance recommendations.
The Search Ai tool has helped us shape the voice of our brand in Ai search and monitoring what prompts are generating search results across all of our 160+ locations.
The pricing for these tools may vary depending on your needs but the ROI makes it a worthy tool and a must have for our business.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

Birdeye has been an excellent partner, I have no dislikes about the platform. Birdeye continues to be an excellent partner to support our business growth. The growth of their existing tools shows the forward thinking of their product line.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye solves the challenge of automating the entire process, from sending review requests through a custom integration to responding to reviews. Our company has 160 locations, and the Birdeye platform has given our team countless hours back. Since switching to Birdeye, we’ve seen a dramatic increase in online reviews (over 30% year over year), and onboarding new locations has been easy thanks to their knowledgeable team. Birdeye also brings online listings management into a simple dashboard for us, which helps streamline our SEO practices as well as AI search monitoring and management. Before onboarding the Search AI tool, there was a lot of guesswork around AI search and our business; now we have a clear understanding of the impact it has, especially as traditional search continues to lose market share.

I find Birdeye to be a solid platform for managing our online reputation and reviews. What stands out the most is how easy it is to monitor feedback across multiple channels in one place. It's a streamlined process that used to take us a lot of time and effort. **What do you like best about Birdeye?**

We really like how easy Birdeye is to use, especially for managing and responding to reviews. The ability to push consistent business information across multiple websites is also a major value for us. Birdeye’s customer service has been excellent—they’re responsive and consistently make sure everything is handled correctly. Overall, the platform strikes a great balance between ease of use, strong support, and several genuinely useful features. We had it up and running in about two weeks, and we now use Birdeye every day.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

My biggest concern is how quickly the AI world is changing and how hard it can be to stay on top of everything. Integration was also a bit of a hurdle; it took extra effort on my end to get everything set up properly and running smoothly.

Centralizing our systems with Birdeye has been a major plus for us. It’s made things much easier because everything is in one place, so we can manage it all from a single spot.

The best part about BirdEye is how easy it is to use — it truly makes everything seamless. The platform is incredibly intuitive and simple to navigate, and the support team is always top-notch: fast, efficient, and reliable.
I especially enjoy working with my account manager. If there’s ever an issue, he’s on it right away. I also appreciate that he proactively brings new ideas to the table and keeps me informed about new products and features. BirdEye continues to innovate with AI and never feels stagnant, which gives me confidence that we’re partnered with a forward-thinking company.

I would prefer to see more webinars on the features, products and how we can best utilize all of Birdeye's offerings to reach goals.

We are finally receiving adequate reviews on Google. That was our entire goal and it's being fulfilled. We are definitely more productive and are happy with the results we see with Birdeye. Before using Birdeye, I was manually sending review requests to customers, which could take 2+ hours out of my day. Now, with automation, I can simply upload a spreadsheet of customers and Birdeye takes care of sending requests and even responding to the majority of reviews. The ability to use pre-written responses is another huge time-saver, allowing me to stay consistent while focusing more attention on higher-level review management. The results have been incredible, since starting with Birdeye, we’ve gained nearly 3,000 reviews and increased our rating from 4.5 to 4.9. To put that into perspective, it took us 5–10 years to reach our first 1,000 reviews before using the platform. Birdeye has truly been a game changer and is absolutely worth it.

I love being able to see all of our locations, read and respond to reviews, and keep everything organized in one place — it keeps our whole team on the same page and makes sure nothing slips through. I'm in Birdeye every single day, and honestly, it's become one of the most valuable tools we use. If you're managing more than one location, this platform is a game-changer.

The one area I'd love to see improved is load speed when navigating between locations. With so many locations under our account, it can take a bit longer than expected to pull up a specific one. Faster load times would go a long way in helping our team work more efficiently — it's a small change that would make a big difference in our day-to-day workflow.

**What do you like best about Birdeye?**

What I like best about Birdeye is how it brings everything into one place and actually drives results without adding more work.

The automation is the biggest win. Reviews get sent out consistently after move ins and move outs, follow ups happen automatically, and it keeps our locations generating steady feedback without relying on staff to remember.

I also like the visibility. Being able to see reviews, listings, messaging, and performance across all locations in one dashboard makes it easy to spot trends and fix issues quickly.

Another big plus is how it supports growth. The review volume helps with local SEO, builds trust with customers, and directly impacts rentals. It is not just a tool we use, it is something that actively helps drive business.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

One of the main challenges with Birdeye is that some of the integrations and data tracking are not always as clear or reliable as they could be.

For example, tying reviews and leads back to specific marketing efforts or keywords can be difficult, especially when trying to measure true ROI. The Google keyword tracking and analytics side has felt limited or inconsistent at times.

There is also a bit of a learning curve with setup and customization. Things like automation rules, templates, and syncing with other systems take time to dial in, and small changes are not always as straightforward as you would expect.

Overall, it is a strong platform, but better reporting clarity and smoother integrations would make it even more valuable.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Birdeye is solving the problem of inconsistent customer feedback, scattered online presence, and missed opportunities to turn happy customers into new business.

Before using it, reviews were hit or miss and depended on staff remembering to ask. Now it automates the entire process. Every move in and move out consistently triggers a review request, which has helped us build a steady flow of feedback across all locations.

It also solves the issue of managing multiple listings and customer interactions in different places. Instead of jumping between platforms, everything is centralized, which saves time and makes it easier to respond quickly and stay on top of our reputation.

The biggest benefit is growth. More consistent reviews have improved our visibility in local search, built trust with new customers, and directly helped increase rentals. It has taken something that used to be manual and inconsistent and turned it into a system that runs in the background and drives real results.

I use Birdeye on a daily basis for communicatin purposes with our patients. With this, Birdeye makes it very easy to build that personal connection with your clients with the easy to use texting system. Not to mention Birdeye's support team is always there on the drop of a hat to assist with any questins or issues you have with the program. Very delightful team.

**What do you dislike about Birdeye?**

I wish Birdeye had the ability to send out "texting blasts" for marketing purposes. Also, I do wish Birdeye was able to make more of a "profile" for all contacts. That way you are able to keep a Card on file for runnng payments, and able to customize settings for each contact.

**What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clinic had issues keeping organized communication with our patients, and our presence on Google platform was very minimal. Birdeye has helped us gain an ongoing groth of Google reviews which has made up stand out from our local competitors!

Also, the initial setup of Birdeye is incredibly easy, thanks to the awesome support team. They're always quick to respond and assist with any issues we have, which makes managing new client accounts smooth and hassle-free.

I would like it, when we have integration set up, sometimes they break. And we're not always made aware of that. That can be frustrating because I'm not checking the integrations, you know, truly. Ever after they're set up. So sometimes that happens and go a month without getting review requests. And that's a problem. So I would love to be more informed when integrations are down.
