**What do you like best about Awin?**

What I really like about Awin is the continuous improvement in its platform experience. The UI feels more intuitive and performance-driven, making campaign management smoother. The reporting has become more insightful with better transparency, and tracking reliability has improved significantly. I also appreciate the growing range of advertisers and global opportunities, which helps in scaling campaigns efficiently across different regions.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Awin can improve in terms of faster account and program approvals, as delays sometimes slow down campaign execution. The minimum payout threshold and currency conversion charges can also be optimized for better affiliate convenience. Additionally, more active advertiser participation and quicker support response times would further enhance the overall experience.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I like how simple Awin is, and how we can look at the data, viewing different commission groups and types of publishers. I also appreciate being able to look at different timelines and performance over time. I really like how Awin does that.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

The thing that could be improved is the email campaign features. As much as it's a really good tool, it needs updating. There needs to be more that we can do on maybe, like, building the HTML on platforms, something similar to BeFree. It'd be really good to get that more in detailed and use it to our advantage a lot more. And the trigger as well is good, but that could also use more of a more detailed things to do.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Awin to manage affiliates and publishers, handling communications and performance tracking while maintaining various campaigns.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

Honestly, the dashboard is understandable for a beginner once you figure it out. Going through brand partnerships and finding programs to join is simple enough. Signing up was quick and the onboarding kinda helped me understand affiliate marketing basics, though it could be a little clearer for complete beginners. Generating tracking links and finding brands works fine. You don't need any technical skills for it, which is good if you're just starting out like me. 
The integrations work fine, connecting it with other tools is manageable though it took me a little time to figure out. Speed is good for the most part and the tracking works reliably, it just gets a little slow sometimes when there is a lot of data, nothing too bad though. 
The free account gives you decent access to get started and the pricing is reasonable depending on how much you use it. The AI suggestions for finding matching brands is a nice touch and saves some time, though i feel like there is still more they could do with it.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

The approval process for joining some brand programs takes quite a while and there is no clear update on where your application stands, which gets a bit frustrating when you are just waiting. The reporting dashboard shows the basic numbers but it could be a lot more clearer. It takes some time to understand what the data is actually telling you, especially for a new user. Customer support could also be a bit more responsive, finding answers to simple questions is not that straightforward. If they could add better filtering for brand programs and make the reports easier to read, it would make the whole experience a lot smoother for people who are just getting started.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Awin I had no real way to earn anything online from home. I was looking for something where I could promote brands and earn some commission without needing to invest money or have any special skills. After signing up with Awin, I was able to find brand programs and start sharing links which gave me an actual way to earn passively. It is not like I am making huge money right away but having a platform that connects me directly to brands saves me a lot of time I would have spent searching for opportunities on my own. Even in a short time I could see which links were getting clicks through the tracking, which helped me understand what was working and what was not.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I enjoy using Awin because it simplifies the process of tracking commissions and managing affiliates. It allows me to easily handle all user information and pay within one invoice, which is a huge relief given that dealing with each payment individually would be a nightmare. The platform is also easy to understand and set up, enhancing transparency for both us and the creators we work with. Awin's reporting system is a standout feature, drastically improving how we manage tax information and invoices. Their personalized support and well-structured pricing make it even better. I find Awin incredibly low touch, as it enables creators to transparently check their sales without the constant need for reviews. Overall, Awin is an excellent platform and is definitely worth the price.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

Awin is an excellent platform overall for affiliates, but in terms of using it for creators it becomes quite chaotic, as with other platforms you are able to browse and find select creators, for example having an integration of tiktok affiliates and facebook creator marketplace would significantly benefit the platform. Ina addition its payment timelines make scalability quite a problem. For example, a creator/affiliate makes a sale January 1st, they will only actually be paid or receive payment on February 15th, and it is automatic if they didnt set up their account correctly they will have to wait till the next clearing date which is typically 2 weeks later and this makes it significantly harder to scale

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awin simplifies affiliate management by tracking commissions, adding publishers, and completing everything in one invoice. The reporting system and simplified payments are huge benefits. It makes managing around 200-300 publishers straightforward and reduces manual labor after setup. Transparency and low-touch operations are very beneficial.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I particularly like Awin's view on reporting. It provides a split by performance over time, comparison over time, and product performance, making it easier to draw up reports quickly. These reports are also easier for my clients to interpret, even if they do not have much experience with the platform. I also appreciate the more appealing reporting visuals and the easier access to certain publishers that Awin offers. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I don't like how the commissions manager splits the view on AOV commissions and flat commissions. It would be helpful to include AOV CPAs in the timeline view to make sharing upcoming CPAs to publishers much easier and more cohesive, with a total view of upcoming CPAs rather than them being split by AOV CPA changes and flat CPA changes.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awin provides a clean, structured view of affiliate program performance. It simplifies report creation and interpretation, especially for clients unfamiliar with the platform. I also appreciate the appealing reporting visuals and easier access to certain publishers.

  ### 6. Your business will be slowly destroyed by dishonest discount code sites with minor tools to resolve

**What do you like best about Awin?**

You can get your website onto cashback websites, and it integrates easily with Shopify, our e-commerce platform.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

It is overly complicated. The platform user interface is terribly confusing. The new interface is simple but lacks the ability to do much.
We used to be able to offer assisted commission, but now it's been removed from our package, yet affiliates are still receiving assisted commission.
Whenever I contact support, I get no response. None - at all. Nothing.
There are far too many voucher/discount code affiliates who will breach your terms and steal last-click commission from others; it's an unfair platform for influencers and content providers as a result of this. The worst ones are those with browser extensions that automatically fill in a discount code on our checkout. It makes my blood boil. Others just make up discount codes.
Sub-network affiliates are dishonest - they are supposed to be split into different types of affiliates (usually a separate account for discount code affiliates). But the affiliates of the sub-network lie about what they do, in order to get higher commission.
We changed our brand logo a couple of years ago, and had to manually contact every affiliate to get them to change it. Which was an exhausting process. And several discount code sites just ignored us and wouldn't change our own trademarked brand logo - so I ended the partnership.
The ROI is terrible. It's completely inflated by dishonest discount code websites, which do nothing and steal commission from others. AWIN offers few or no tools to spread commission on a first and last click basis, to stop these sites from stealing the commission of others on a last click basis. 
Products feed through on our Shopify integration, but we cannot see the products on the AWIN platform, so we have no idea if it's working. Rendering this a pointless exercise too.
The AI help is about as helpful as my 98-year-old granny. And there's no point in contacting support, given that there is none.
The worst part of everything is the excessive number of discount code sites, that sometimes masquerade as something else in order to get higher commission, who take your brand logo, use AI to scrape the internet for any discount codes, rather than just those you advertise on AWIN, tarnish your brand by advertising other brands on your brand profile, or by advertising fake discount codes or fake reviews, and steal the commission of others by auto-filling the coupon code box on your checkout. Do not accept them as affiliates; they will ruin your business.
Overall, performance has got worse and worse over the last few years, with too many dishonest discount code sites and few tools to combat them. We're not far from giving up and leaving. I'll give it one more month and then I'm gone. Infact, now I've written this review, I've finally realised that AWIN is pointless for our business. It's too complicated, wasting our margin and harming our brand.

I really like working with Awin as a platform. It’s very easy to connect with publishers and partners, and you quickly feel how much traction and reach the network has.

What I especially appreciate is our key account manager, she has been outstanding: she’s extremely willing to help, genuinely cares about our performance, and is always proactive when it comes to optimizations or questions.

Overall, Awin combines scale, strong relationships, and hands-on support really well, which makes it a valuable partner for us.

There’s honestly nothing major that we dislike. If anything, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of how many features and options are available — but that’s really a byproduct of how large and powerful the network is. Once you’re familiar with it, this actually becomes a big advantage rather than a downside.

Overall, it’s something we’re very happy with.

Awin solves the challenge of efficiently connecting advertisers with a large, high-quality network of publishers in one centralized platform. Instead of managing many individual partnerships, tracking links, or dealing with manual reporting, everything is handled in a structured and transparent way.

For us, this means faster partner onboarding, reliable tracking, and much easier relationship management. Combined with the reach of the network and the hands-on support from our account manager, it allows us to scale our affiliate activities while keeping performance and costs under control.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I like how Awin as an affiliate platform allows us to reach out to many publishers who can then reach out to a broad audience of customers. This connection with publishers also builds a sense of trust for those who click on our ads. Awin provides us the opportunity for cost-effective marketing, which I find really valuable. Additionally, now we can do bulk contacting of publishers through their tech department, which has sped up certain parts of our process.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

The tech implementation is very troublesome. We are trying to get our account optimized for use in North America, but emailing the tech department in America takes a long time for a response, sometimes due to the time difference and sometimes it just takes days on end. The complicated tech implementation of data tracking is also an issue. Having server-to-server tracking implemented on our website has taken weeks of implementation, testing, and problems, and this is holding us back from expanding our presence on Awin and increasing our spend. The initial setup was incredibly troublesome because the tech response was very slow and tech implementation problematic. Certain parts now go faster, but tech implementation is still not complete six months after starting to work with them.

One of the things I like most about Awin is its clear reporting and ease of managing partners in one place, which saves me time and keeps everything organized and transparent. **What do you like best about Awin?**

I find Awin's dashboard super straightforward and easy to use. It really helps me track all client affiliate sales, the new/existing customer rate, set up any offers going live, and onboard publishers to track performance. I think Awin is great because it is user-friendly and super easy to handle. I also appreciate being able to pull data easily and find information quickly without any hassle. The initial setup of Awin was super straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I think the influencer aspect of Awin is missing, and it would also be great to have a time period to cancel bonus payments if they were uploaded by mistake or incorrectly.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Awin is user-friendly and straightforward, allowing me to track client affiliate sales, set up offers, onboard publishers, and manage CPAis and payments. Pulling data and finding information is quick and hassle-free, which streamlines my client management tasks.

It is the platform that most affiliates are already on, so it is really easy to add new partners to the program. Also it is very easy to find publishers on Awin, compared to other affiliate SaaS networks.

Awin is also very user intuitive and is easy to use.

One of the downsides I have found is that you can't upload flat fee payments to publishers for the whole month, split daily. Which would be super helpful to evening out the cost.

I haven't found anything positive so far in Awin. I feel like I'm spending 50 a month on nothing. The publishers they offer are of very low quality and there are no real influencers, it seems like a bank of unknown publishers that are useless. The new platform design is very slow. I've also experienced difficulties with communication, as there is no account manager I can contact directly, and although I receive responses, they take too long to arrive. The initial setup was quite tedious; I wasn't sure if the tracking was correct and there was no one who could confirm it, despite sending about 10 emails.

Awin has not solved problems for me, it is an unnecessary expense. The publishers are of poor quality and the process is slow.

The platform is useful and easy to use. It was already implemented in the company when I started using it, so I don’t know whether the implementation and integration were easy.

On my side, I use it several times a month.
I like the fact that we can analyze the results easily and that there is complete transparency with the affiliates we work with (we can see the same and also analyze the performance).

I also appreciate that whenever I have any doubts, I receive great support from my Account Manager.

I think the date comparison report (for example, comparing one month with another) could be improved. I sometimes tend to mix up the dates I want to view with the ones I want to compare them to. Also, at the end of the month, in the transactions report, I’d like to have the total amount of costs displayed (commissions + network fee + platform fees).

The most recent issue with Awin was related to billing some days ago. However, we received great support from our Account Manager, and the situation has been resolved.

I like Awin because it brings our 300 publishers into one marketplace, allowing us to have a single, segregated invoice which really assists us by managing all contracts. It also provides easy UTM tracking, helping affiliates connect easily, with full transparency. I love how I can search for additional networks and automatically insert their UTM links and coupon codes. The platform manages all payments for us, making the process quite amazing and easy other than the timeline of payment. It allows us to track usage across our networks and offers detailed financial reporting, which is very accurate. I recommend Awin for anyone looking to use it for affiliate goals.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

The timeline for influencer payments is a problem. For instance, if someone receives payment from the first to the 1st-31st, they won't actually get the money until the 16th of the following month. Unless you pay your invoices biweekly which makes it quite easier. Transitioning all of our affiliates and influencers over from Impact was also a bit of a challenge, especially with answering all their questions, and moving 300 accounts and ensuring all data is converted in an orderly fashion.

I really appreciate the support from Awin, whether it's the online information, training, or the emails received during client onboarding. It's reassuring to know that both my clients and I receive updates and information on what needs to be done, ensuring we know where we are in the onboarding process. The support remains consistent even after the account goes live, which is great. The email response time is impressive, usually the same day, which is efficient for answering any questions. It's especially comforting for new clients or advertisers who might not have much experience, as Awin provides lots of support.

There seems to be an issue with accounts being in amber mode. Clients often tell me they've paid the Awin invoices on time and aren't in debt, yet this amber issue is a constant problem. Accounts fall into amber, they're either in green for a little bit, then drop into amber, and it's an issue because a publisher can see this and it might put them off joining the affiliate program. This occurs on a regular basis.

A specific parameter is required to track new customer acquisition, but the dynamic rates on Awin aren't able to determine that. It would be great to add the specific parameter in the dynamic setup and have the option to set this for just one publisher, instead of it appearing as a program setup in all commission structures.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I find the fast sign-up feature very useful, especially for onboarding publishers who may not be familiar with the affiliate space. This makes it a really beneficial feature. We also use Awin for managing commission, processing payments, and recruiting publishers. It's very easy to set up, and the wider team is very helpful. Even though the customer support turnaround could be faster, I see the team doing all they can to ensure we receive the attention we need.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I think reporting is not as sophisticated as it can be, and there is not a lot of personalization on the platform. There's also not much flexibility with what you can do, like adding UTM parameters is usually done by the Awin team. It would be better if we could do things ourselves for faster turnaround times. I also feel that the customer support turnaround time could be shorter, even though the team is helpful.

I like Awin's ability to reach out to new partners who we wouldn't normally think about contacting. It's great that we can interact with partners all under one platform, which obviously saves a lot of time compared to having direct partnerships with individual affiliates. The platform allows us to send special offers quickly, either to all our affiliate partners or selected ones, which is a lot speedier than contacting partners individually. I also find it really beneficial that we can see partner performance all in one place.

I think sometimes the speed of the customer services team is not great, and I don't feel like we really have a dedicated account manager who's proactive and looks at our account to increase sales. Also, the initial setup wasn't the easiest due to some tech issues, but we got support from the tech team.

The dashboard is clear and precise, making it easy to navigate. I find it interesting to view the statistics and reports, especially since they can be customised to fit the specific needs of the business. I particularly enjoy tracking the daily transactions and observing how the numbers accumulate over time.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

The rest of the platform feels confusing to navigate. For example, it's unclear how to add product-level tracking without impacting all publishers. The support team is slow to respond to tickets, and the Success Centre and video resources don't provide enough detail. I also find the platform glitchy, with issues occurring seemingly at random. The billing process for publishers is quite basic, and there should be more options for creating ad-hoc invoices, such as for tenancy agreements. When it comes to declines, the system is unreliable for individual cases and unnecessarily complicated for bulk actions. In Publisher Management, the default view should show only accepted partners, not all publishers, and when searching in reports, only accepted partnerships should appear. Additionally, there should be a way to block or report publishers—there was an instance where a publisher repeatedly contacted us and wouldn't accept our refusal.

We are new to the affiliates market, but this implementation has helped us extend our reach to a broader range of consumers.

I love how easy Awin is to use. The support from Awin is fantastic, and I feel confident letting clients know that any issues will be handled. Both the commission management and toolbox features, along with the reporting overview, are tools we use regularly. The checklist for setting up a program is super useful for training junior staff, clearly outlining what needs to be done. Personally, I find Awin one of my favorite networks and often suggest it to new clients.

The platform itself I super clear and user friendly, very easy to find the insights we are looking for and the suggested partners buy KPI is great! Setting up CPAs, inviting new publishers and drilling down into key metrics is all very straightforward and any issues are flagged on the dashboard making them easy to rectify. The clean and clear aesthetic is the best of any network I have used.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

It has some limitations to reporting compared to other networks, top line key info is covered but things like geo-reporting are limited. In order to find insights on code performance you have to download the data to assess and there is no internal reporting on different CPA rates so again this has to be assessed off-network. They have a huge number of publishers but the search function for finding publishers is a bit hit and miss.

We manage the affiliate programmes of multiple brands and Awin allows us to tailor the programmes to their different KPIs and provide reporting to evidence this.

The new UI is a little more restrictive for copying data out of the platform, whereas there were previously easy shortcuts for copying data from reports. I can find multiple partners every day in one place, which is super convenient. The support from Awin is good, which makes the process smooth. Overall, I think Awin is just better compared to what I used before. I would highly recommend it.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I use Awin to grow and scale our affiliate marketing channels and really appreciate how it helps manage all affiliates within one platform, allowing me to contact affiliates, send offers, creatives, etc. I like being able to set payment structures for specific affiliates, which saves me time instead of having to add manual commissions for each transaction, ensuring affiliates are paid out correctly.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

The user interface could be optimized more, especially the tools/reporting section. They could improve on making validation, fraud detection, and order-matching faster and less error-prone for advertisers. Add a side-by-side order viewer that shows Awin transaction fields next to mapped ecommerce fields instead of forcing manual copy-paste searches.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Awin to manage all affiliates in one platform, saving time on manual tasks and ensuring affiliates are paid correctly. It helps grow our affiliate channels.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

It appeared easy to make connections on the platform, but most of the connections are not active affiliates or they are spammy, low quality affiliates like coupon sites.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

We had to constantly cross-check commissions from affiliates and found that many affiliates were not actually driving sales, but were rather scraping discount codes and trying to take credit for traffic and sales that they did not refer.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are an affiliate marketing platform and we hoped they would help us with our affiliate program because they have one of the biggest platforms. However, the marketplace is full of low quality affiliates making it hard to use this as a valid platform for this pursuit.

**What do you like best about Awin?**

I find Awin super easy to use, which makes it really convenient for my affiliate marketing needs. I love that it's international, so I can connect with influencers and content partners globally. The Shopify integration is a big plus for me, with a one-click install from the Shopify App Store. It's easier, global, and cheaper compared to the previous platform we used, Rakuten. The initial setup was super easy, which was a great relief.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I find that Awin could improve by increasing the number of content and editorial partners as opposed to focusing on voucher and cash back options. Also, sometimes voucher sites are mistakenly categorized as content, which can be a bit frustrating.

I like the reporting aspect of Awin. It's really accurate for the most part and robust in getting all the details we need to provide to our team.

We've had a lot of issues with tracking whenever we have major sales. Half the time, we don't get a full response as to why there's issues when we have major sales, and it's become pretty frustrating for our team. And we want to be able to work with Awin but it has caused some roadblocks for us. We had a handful of challenges.

Awin doesn't solve any problems for us.

I like Awin's user interface and find the recruiting process easy. These features save me time while recruiting and make it easier to find potential affiliates. The initial setup was also very easy and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Awin?**

I do not like the way that I have to upload creative (banners) into the system. When I batch upload I have to do it all in an Excel doc that is complicated. I would prefer that I can just upload it directly into the system. On other affiliate networks I can just upload banners directly into the system, without having to do any extra work like submitting all the things into the Excel doc.

**What problems is Awin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Awin for affiliate marketing tracking, finding new affiliates, and sending communications. It streamlines recruiting and makes it easier to find affiliates, saving time.
