I love that Auzmor has a robust reporting feature and that, for the most part, it is very intuitive and easy to use. I also appreciate the "cleanliness" of the user interface - it is clear and easy to navigate. We went with the entire Go1 content library and that, in itself, is a huge bonus for us. There are over 75,000 pieces of content for us to choose from. The support we have received has been great - we have a manager of customer support overseeing our implementation and the training we have received has been on point and useful. I have not experienced any major "downsides" although I do feel that getting a course launched (published) is a bit lengthy and has a lot of steps. Other than that, the team has been very responsive and addressed all of our needs, questions, and concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have received excellent customer support with prompt replies and clear communication. After a small learning curve, the system is easy to navigate and input data, pictures, powerpoints, etc. The large icons make grouping and navigation easy. I really appreciate how quick and easy it can be to create new courses, the way I can track staff completion, and the knowledge assessment tools that can be incorporated into lessons are an excellent way to make sure learners are grasping the content I'm using to train. Auzmor is incredibly user-friendly and has an excellent course creator. I can easily build out a course with stock images, audio recordings, videos, and interactive widgets without visiting any third-party sites. Their customer service is also exceptional. Whenever I've had an issue or question, it is addressed immediately and usually resolved within a few days (and I've never had any serious issues). It would be helpful if the report and user settings were more sophisticated. The types of reports you can pull are very basic and not easily customized. For example, it would be great to pull an overdue user report that showed each course an employee was overdue on. In addition, I'd love to be able to customize profiles (like giving certain users more privileges than others without providing full admin access).

I would also love it if they changed their pricing so that customers only pay for the number of employees using the LMS that month instead of getting charged for everyone active on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We primarily use Auzmor Learn as a digital learning platform for our company and it is really easy to use as a learner and an administrator. Course creation and trainings are intuitive and can be created quickly. The customer support team is responsive to requests and exciting new products and offerings have been rolling out. I'd like to see more options for branding and customization within the platform, specifically, ways to add graphics, logos, and headers representative of our company. Visually, the platform still looks more aligned with Auzmor Learn's branding, and it can be a little confusing for some of our users. Other competitor platforms also offer evaluation tools and widgets to survey users and they are comparatively more robust than what Auzmor Learn currently offers. I enjoyed working with Zee and her team. They were accommodating when we had questions, and we had a lot of them! The training process was thorough as well!
