Their IQBot for document processing is very well layed out and easy to identify target fields and add custom logic if necessary. The script formatting of their development environment is very user friend and easy to locate commands. There are over 500 commands available including scripts and I haven't run into a scenario yet where I couldn't find a feature to connect with an application. I've been able to log output data very easily to files and interface with Excel very easily, including running macros and this has helped a lot with what we've been trying to accomplish. I also like the University of Automation Anywhere as they have a lot of resources available to read and a cloud version even where you can test the software. **What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?** I dislike some of the features to the Metabot because I am not able to edit an existing metabot in the sense of copying the logic from one metabot to another and changing some of the tasks inside and uploading to the server. This has caused a lot of rework in the processes I've had to automate. I don't like how you can't pull out tabs on the top and can only have one window open at a time. Among those tools Automation Anywhere is one of the best tool which is more stable and have wide variety of options to automate all the tasks in any application or web related things. This tool is best for automating all ERP's such as SAP, Oracle etc. I used this tool to automate BMC using it's API via Automation Anywhere and it is very stable and withing in seconds tasks are getting completed and literally zero error. The dynamic link library option for automating SAP is really fast and reliable. My favorite option in this tool is MetaBot and we use this to avoid repetition of developing same task. The best part of this tool is that once we deploy our bots we can monitor them using the enterprise control room orchestrator API and also the analytical and graphical view of the number of Bots running or faulted bots etc is very easy to understand in a quick glance. **What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation?** The first and foremost thing I hate about this tool is that the user interface is not attractive and not easy as like other RPA tools.
