I've bee using AutoKlose for several years now. It is a fairly intuitive interface and easy to use with lots of neat options to really create some effective email marketing campaigns. There is little to dislike about this solution. It does what it advertises it will do and I've had no issues with it as I have learned to use. Like any software tool, there is a learning curve, however, there is enough intuition built into its design metaphor that even non technical people that are more marketing oriented can work with it with ease. AutoKlose is an excellent email-automation tool, that give you the ability to send personalized emails to hundreds of people from a single email. Unlike other services, AutoKlose gives you unlimited campaigns, tracking, follow-ups, and contacts. Have a very friendly and straightforward interface (but ugly colors for my taste)
Also comes with analytics and tracking, so you can view who opened your email, who responded, and others stats.
It can be overwhelming if you have never used such a tool, but it is very easy if you have previous experience in email marketing.
