This software easily integrates with all financiers we work with. Furthermore, their support is superior to any design support I have come across. Every time I call or chat-in, I am pleasantly surprised to get help anytime during a 24-hour period. I use Aurora daily and it's great to know they are always there for me 24/7. Thank you so much, Aurora! **What do you dislike about Aurora Solar?** It would be great if Aurora could give the solar consultant the ability to easily change modules keeping the same max-fit design customized. You can turn things on and off. See what something used to look like Vs. what it looks like now. If given proper specs, one can design the complete model from scratch. Its simulation is fast and powerful. It is truly the backbone of my company's design process and potentially the backbone for the US residential solar industry in general. **What do you dislike about Aurora Solar?** The automatic modeling feature is either spot on or missing a lot. Sometimes the trees could be represented more accurately. Sometimes obstructions are missed. **What problems is Aurora Solar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aurora allows us to simulate, predict and evaluate in a online, easy to use ecosystem. ### 3.
