I really love how AudioGO can help guide you to start campaigns and if you don't have an audio ad, they can help make one. They always make sure it gets to the right ears no matter if it's English or Spanish. It was an easy setup to get started and representatives guide you step by step.

I don't see the customers coming from it really being that high for purchasing intent, but it still makes sense to advertise based on increased brand exposure for the value they bring to the table.

I like that it is an easy to use platform and that there isn't too much of a budget restrictriction so you can work with a small budget while still getting good impressions.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

I think that the platform could allow for more languages. As of now it is only English and Spanish. This limits some of the campaigfns we want to run because they don't have Chinese or Korean etc.

Helping us book digital radio to get our campaigns across to the public. We can get it to the right people in the right areas.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

The platform is very user friendly. I find it easy to tell my teammates how to use and have a good experience. My personal favorite thing about AudioGO is that it the ads will reach multiple outlets, including iHeart Radio. Many of our clients want this.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

There were some issues I experienced where the AudioGO platform had an error and I was unable to remove the campaign, which was disappointing and made the dashboard messy. Even AudioGO was unable to remove the error campaigns. They just had to sit there. 
The way our finance department needs billing information from ads is rather particular due to the size of our company. There could be better reporting for our purposes to make the monthly allocation easier.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I utilize this platform to reach customers on multiple platforms all at once for audio ads. This is different compared to a platform such as Spotify which only advertises on their own product. I always recommend AudioGO over Spotify for this reason when someone requests an audio advertisement.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

The platform is pretty intuitive and easy to use. I was able to target my ads as desired. Obviously, this isn't going to have the same robust data that you might see on other platforms, but it worked for what I needed.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

The spending minimums make it difficult to run shorter term add-on campaigns. If I am spending more than the required amount, but want to add on different creative and a different audience for the same business, I cannot do that as a separate campaign.

**Recommendations to others considering AudioGO:**

Make sure your audio is exactly 30 seconds as it will bounce anything longer.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great way to reach a younger audience than is found on terrestrial radio. I'm using it in conjunction with other media to reach people in multiple ways. The younger audience was harder to reach with audio.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use... Can get up and running very quickly with minimal to no training on the platform.  Achieved OK CTRs, though hard to tell if it a fat thump click (most all clicks were on mobile), but questionable on audio platform if CTR is even the proper way to assess such a campaign.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

Very hard to determinately track conversions and/or if your campaigns are successful.  Would be nice if there was some tag or code you could use to track conversions and/or match audience data for new listeners w/ the campaign (you can use a workaround via deploying chartable, but that's another system you have to pay for and is still imperfect)...

Need to grow our audiences to achieve minimal download and streaming figures for Advertising needs

AudioGo is extremely easy and user-friendly at ad setup. Getting your campaign going is fast and simple and the results are perfect for our clients. It's also very easy to request a voice over to be made for your campaign if you do not have access to one.

I wish the platform provided more details on the placements and locations it served ads to in the analytic report - My clients would love to see more demographic and location result data in their reports.

Make sure that you have a solid landing page for users who click on your advertisement.

Being able to reach users on iHeart Radio & Pandora. We're able to share new music from our clients on these platforms.

Instead of negotiating with several audio platforms, AudioGo packages access to most of the major players. The geotargeting is fantastic. Our agency (Audio Dragon Advertising LLC) has utilized the platform successfully for many large and small campaigns. The retargeting option is another brilliant option. Great all around.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

Love the flexibility of planning and the depth of targeting available. The digital ads and retargeting in addition to the audio drive lots of traffic. I run campaigns for multiple clients in different cities/states and some in other languages. I just follow a careful naming convention to keep my billing straight and set up the campaigns to run for a month at a time to make client pass-through billing easier.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

The reporting is still rudimentary but provides everything I need. The billing limits are lower than I would like but I am using the service in a different manner than most likely are.

I love that AudioGo makes it quick and easy to set up campaigns. It allows us to retarget, use voice actors, be on podcasts and music streaming and allows us to serve our ads on multiple streaming platforms.

They need to expand their targeting, some of the categories are too broad as well as lacking in options. It would also be nice to have more control over what streaming platforms we use.

We used to strictly use Spotify for digital audio advertising outside of radio and it's clunky and limited. It's also nice that we can advertise on multiple streaming platforms, whereas Spotify is just spotify.

I like how simple it is to jumpstart a new campaign. From campaign set-up to submitting creative and quickly getting back a quality finished product, it is about as quick and straightforward as campaign mgmt. gets.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

I wish it were easier to change out ad creatives mid-campaign. For example, if you want to keep the same campaign, but change out the audio/display creatives halfway through, it's a little cumbersome when you are trying to move quickly.

AudioGo is allowing us to quickly and affordably access digital audio advertising on a network of platforms that are otherwise out of reach for advertisers new to the space.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

Easy to set-up a campaign. They create an audio ad for you if you need one - or you can use your own. You can target based on some broad interests or demographics, by city etc. We are seeing good results so far.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

Campaigns can only run for 90 days and then you have to replicate it to create a new one. Easy enough, but you have to add a new pixel / tag on GTM if you use the display retargeting and conversion tracking feature.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are allowing us to effectively reach podcast listeners. Also, a lot of people visit our website after listening to the ads. Not so much clicking on the banner ads, but they must be visiting on their own.

AudioGo allows me to reach radio audiences much quicker and with better insight to what's working than traditional radio.

I haven't found much fault with AudioGO yet. I think reporting dashboards could be more user friendly, but you can find most of what you need. It would be great to have a breakdown of stations played on in the future.

Used to have difficulty working with radio stations and understanding effectiveness of a campaign, but this makes it quick and easy to get set up and see insights!

I like the reach and impression recomendations and the targeting options. I also like that it's budget friendly and offers demographic, in market, and audience targeting.

You can't run multiple ads in 1 campaign. I don't hear my ads as often as when I use a Pandora rep. I would also like to see frequency metrics to see if I am moving listeners down the funnel.

Buying Pandora radio ads for more budget limited clients and more customized windows. I am able to start/stop campaings at will.

At no fault of AudioGo, I wish I would receive more feedback or know some other way that leads are being generated other than the conversions data which does not indicate if an actual booking took place.

Very simple to launch a new campaign. Just upload the ad, set budget and targeting and ad goes live, pretty much in real time.

Reporting tool is very basic. You can not run reports based on the different platforms that the ad runs on. They also charge a small fee for ad creation.

We are transitioning are clients from AM/FM terrestrial advertising to streaming and podcasting. AudioGo makes this simple.

Audio go was easy to use and has a simple UI. I was able to see everything I was running with no issue and had good targeting. I haven't used any competitors so i'm not sure how it compares.

I wouldn't say ther was much i disliked. I think the reach was less than what I was hoping for and we didn't have a lot of success with lead gen but for awearness it was good.

We were trying to find new ways to drive leads and get more traffic. We did not see more leads come in but we did see more traffic which was encouraging.

It is simple to use. We launched campaigns in a matter for minutes for our clients. The reporting and inventory graphs post-launch were also easy to export and read.

The only downside I can think of would be just not knowing exactly where we fall in terms of the placement within the platforms. To be fair, I don't know any audio platform that can report on that.

It's allows us to run on multiple audio platforms in one place. Sometimes we need to target just one city or state which makes reach and impression forecasting difficult if we went to publishers directly.

We used AudioGo to promote a podcast for a client. It was extremely user-friendly with all the aspects to get the podcast the most awareness.

I didn't see any downsides with AudioGo - I think the reporting interface could be a little more detailed.

They were in the beta testing of certain targets which were helpful for our podcast campaign.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

The analytics on AudioGo are some of the best we've seen. We like to make sure that our advertisements are benefiting our customers, and the information provided regarding how the ad is running makes it easy to do so.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

We don't really have complaints about AudioGo. We've found that traffic is hard to manage in our area, but that isn't something that AudioGo can fix. We live in a smaller area geographically, so there aren't as many people to target, but that isn't AudioGo's issue. It is just something we have to manage when using the service.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've not had any issues using audiogo. Our ads run as we schedule and our money has been spent the way we expected when we've set up these advertisements.

The absolute best thing was how inexpensive and easy it is to create an audio ad. But the entire setup process is very intuitive, and the reporting excellent.

It's easy to use and quick to create campaigns. I like how they record the ads for you. It's a cost-effective tool to use for podcast advertising. It's considerably cheaper than advertising with branded podcasters.

The targeting capabilities are not excellent. They could also find ways to improve the reporting. I would love to see more than just who clicked on my banner ads.

Having one platform to manage audio ads on multiple ad networks is valuable and a huge time saver. To top that off, the performance of the audio ads is surprisingly outstanding.

Overall there isn't much not to like about AudioGo. Some targeting parameters lead to a smaller-than-ideal audience size, but that's not AudioGo's fault.

Pandora has a high minimum starting amount to advertise directly with them. With AudioGO I was able to start with much less.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

With AudioGo, I can launch a digital radio ad campaign in minutes and the built-in targeting features allow me to customize to my specific audience.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

AuidoGo's analytics are far superior compared to local radio, but are still not as powerful as the Facebook ads platform. With that said, I can still see how many people heard my ad, their location and by tagging on display ads, I can even see click-thrus, which has proved to work rather well for a medium that is traditionally used while driving.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AudioGo has added another medium to my multi-channel marketing efforts. When I need to target a certain area or demographic, I'll partner AudioGo with online display ads and social media paid ads to blanket my preferred audience. As an in-house marketer, these are all campaigns that I can get up and running within 24 hours opposed to waiting several days for a 3rd party to launch these for me. It's nice to have full control right from my desktop.

I wish there were more targeting options, and I hope Audiogo offers programmatic options in the future.

What I like about Audio Go the best is the ease of use. From beginning to end the process is quick, easy, & ZERO hassle with reps trying to push the numbers up past your budgeted amount.

The performance measurement dashboard could be improved. I would like to see what platforms the ads have run on. Improving the metrics provides the client with more confidence in the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering AudioGO:**

If you are looking for quick execution, and not having to deal with several different reps, use AudioGO. It will make life much easier.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PODCAST MARKETING! Every other platform has a minimum spend for podcast marketing, which is typically far outside of a local client's budget for streaming audio. With AudioGO, we are able to tap into an audience for clients without having to destroy their budget.

The setup is better than it used be, especially since you can request an ad to be produced during the process of the setup. Targeting options are average and comparable to Spotify.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

The account access and structure could be better. We need the ability to use different credit cards for different accounts. More options for voiceover direction and actors would be nice too, but for the price you get what you pay for!

Try it out.

I was able to tap into certain market areas where I was DJing at and be able to reach out to potentially more customers for services that I provide. The increase of a database!

The only thing that I disliked about audiogo was the fact that it sometimes lagged in getting marketing out when it's said to be played. For instances it says they will play it at 830 but played the advertisement at 830 the following day after I had left the area I dj at.

The problem it solved is that it was able to tap into the marketing area a lot easier for me because of not know the area that I'm in. Doing the hard work for me so I can concentrate on talking more directly with clients

I love the fact that I can easily hire talent to perform my ads for a low cost.

I would love to have smaller spend options for clients with a lower monthly budget.

My client wanted radio or television advertising, but as a nonprofit their budget was quite low for those options. AudioGo provided an option for reaching people via audio with a lower budget than is offered directly from radio and TV. Within a couple of months they have had measurable results and the stats look strong.

The scope that the tool can have is very helpful, it is very versatile, programmable and intuitive, it is easy to use, brands can take advantage of its great functionality since you can reach many people in different places

The interface is quite friendly for customers, but it can become more colorful and visual since it is somewhat simple and does not have as many programmable options as others on the market, there are others that are more intuitive and go further on the market

Generally the brand is not well known but with this tool it reveals the different ways of managing advertising in a technological and remote way as has not been seen before, the brand can now be heard in many places

AudioGo is very simple and easy to use platform to promote any product. We are getting very good response for our campaigns with the help of AudioGo. The best part of AudioGo is it's best in targeting the audio advertisements with at specific location and groups.

Everything is fine and good with the AudioGo but the dashboard is very limited and I am not able to delete the old campaigns.

It helps in developing the Business through Audio advertisements. Requires very simple steps to create the audio campaigns at very affordable prices.
