The best part for me is that it gives the person I'm sending it to the power to choose what they actually want; if they don't like my first pick, they can just swap it for something else or even donate that money to a charity. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** Outdated Listings: I've found that the marketplace isn't always kept up to date. Even for major brands like Starbucks, listings might no longer be supported by the vendor, which leads to a high rate of redemption failures **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manual Gifting Logistics: Before platforms like this, sending gifts was a slow, manual process involving sourcing, shipping, and tracking. ### 2. Overall experience is average when it works and success rate of gifting is low due to issues listed in dislike category. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** - Sendoso's marketplace listing are not kept upto date, even for top brands like Starbucks. Failure rate of redemption is quite high as the listings are no longer provided by the vendors. - Many of our partners complained that they are unable to submit addresses and the platform throws an error, blocking them from redeeming - This along with the UI only showing one image of every gift - For regions like middle east, India, south east asia marketplace does not have latest vendors who are known as gifting partners and offer a wide variety of options We have had poor experience for our customer/partners due to all of this. This made us loose reputation among the industry as people wrote back a thank you but could't redeem message. The ability to give clients a gift by just attending a meeting is so beneficial. Ease-of-use: sales reps adopted this tool faster than we could put the training docs together! **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** More gift options in countries like South Africa, Mexico, Japan, etc. As we scale into new markets, we'd like Alyce to scale with us **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generating more meetings for sales team - it's tough out there with budget cuts, completeing platforms. Gifting gives us an opportuntiy to stand out by personalizing gifts for the contact Opening the door with accounts we've had a hard time getting responses from - personalzation through Alyce has done wonders. Reps can research personal information about contacts (eg. maybe a prospect went to Harvard. We can personalize a Harvard mug without going through a curation process and ordering bulk orders) Retaining current customers - whether annual renewal is coming up, there was a milestone in their personal life like wedding or baby, we want to make our current customers feel special and recognized Saying thank you to vendors, partners and internal staff Alyce gives marketing, sales, CSMs an events teams the autonomy to easily create gifting campaigns, understand the performance and scale our revene without extra effort. ### 5. Alyce is relatively easy to use, clean UI. I sometimes will use Alyce to thank a prospect for joining a call or connecting with me. This saves me time and provides a gift that is going to resonate with the prospect. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** I wish there were additional lower dollar value gifts that were not just gift cards. Many companies cannot accept gift cards in specific verticals and a physical gift is an easy way around that. **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not had any issues with the platform currently. Cold outbound is a difficult enough. Being able to share a gift to grab someones attention sincerely helps. Propsects are grateful to receive it and sales representatives get the opportunity to network, dig into a targeted account, and get the organizations name to be top of mind. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** The interface is super easy to use. The beauty of the tool is not only the research & personalized gift options but that you can send to people internationally. We have multiple teams using it: customer success, inside sales, marketing, and channel. It's very easy to use and train people and keep track of results. I love that people have the power of choice too if they want to swap out the gift you've sent. Their customer success team, in particular Monica and Chris, are aboslutely amazing and always willing to help. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** I wish there was a mobile app & there were more international gift options. **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alyce is helping us book more meetings, reward people for taking an action (filling out a survey, speaking at an event), and has streamlined gift card buying and tracking. We love that users can get involved in the process by accepting a thoughtfully selected gift, exchanging for something perfect, or donating to the charity of their choice, which means we know we're spending in an efficient way. The user experience to send and receive gifts is easy, and users put in their own delivery address -- gone are the days of tracking down addresses and hoping to get lucky. Plus, our messages and landing pages are branded for our business and it's easy to send on behalf of another team member if needed. Alyce's client success and support teams are some of the most responsive and wonderful partners I've worked with. 9 times out of 10, when I have an issue or question, it's answered or resolved in 48 hours or less. And, my CSM (Atty) always has the best suggestions for trending, fun gifts or clever gifting messaging. Plus, we have access to robust analytics dashboards, downloadable reports, and valuable integrations, like Salesforce, to track the impact of our gifting. **What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?** The only downside is that Alyce currently doesn't offer a direct send product that meets our need when the team doesn't want a digital first touchpoint. There is no way to bypass the user workflow to send the gift directly (on the rare instances when you have the address) and have it arrive with context (a note, branding, etc.) I believe this is something they are actively working on though and I am excited to see what they come up with! Their team is very open to feedback on the product and actively seeks new ideas from customers. **What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alyce allows us to send 1:1, 1:many, and prospecting gifts through easily built and managed campaigns. We can segment and track the data. We don't need to collect addresses. We search through an extensive marketplace for fun, relevant, and engaging gifts.
