As an manager to a team of sales reps, I am able to extract valuable data in terms of volume of reach outs both by call and sms, we also use the API to create sms sequences.

sometimes the calls do not log into the reps communications tab

I love the Power Dialer feature, it allows me to make calls quicker. I like that it is AI based, so a lot of time is saving doing certain tasks like not having to listen to voicemails.

Aloware can be glitchy at times so that is the only thing I dislike

The AI and transcription of voicemails. Makes it easy to read instead of listening to them.

The mobile phone app has audio issues where the customer cant hear me after about 2 minutes.

Well I have been told they will look into the audio issues multiple times for the mobile app but it has yet to be resolved. My Coworker is having the same issue as well.

It makes sending SMS easy, connections to our CRM hubspot, allows us to automate SMS outreach, and their support team is super responsive and helpful if I have any issues.

There used to be bugs in their android app, but their CS team was super responsive and they now have a new app, so no issues!

Can't take inbound calls while using the power dialer. If the application isn't used for a period of time it will crash. Name of the company isn't visible when dialing. Can't view phone number while on the phone.

Having 2 local presence numbers has been a game changer. Allows me to get ahold of people who have blocked the first local, but wont answer direct. Second Chances.

Sometimes the dispositions get stuck, and take upwards of 20 seconds to register and allow me to move on.

Compared to other providers I've used Aloware has had very little, if any down time.  Convenient integration with CRM, specifically HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

The mobile app is buggy.  Most of the time if I receive a call and attempt to answer on my mobile device, I'm unable to connect and I'm forced to restart the app and call back.  The same issue happens occasionally when trying to dial out using the mobile app.

We've struggled with reliability of call software in the past and the switch to Aloware is a big improvement.

No easy way to setup API webhooks that post into aloware, numbers get spam marked easily and are shared

Sometimes when I receive calls the incoming call notification does not apppear but it the phone will continue ringing until the caller has stop calling. Then I can see who it was.

A bit of the design, would like to be able to simply drag and drop certain files to accounts vs needing to have a google drive link to a pdf.

It has a smooth workflow when working right. The use of power dialer and CRM popup is great for making high volume calls

It does give some problems when pausing power dialer to recall a specific number.

downsides of using aloware are probably all of the different features. I feel like we could be getting more out of the product but there are so many features its hard to know for sure.

**What do you like best about Aloware?**

Mostly reliable dialing - but opened many tickets for a while to get things addressed. Most agents are responsive, some are better than others. For a while some agents were dismissive of me treating me like a low-skilled user, when I am tech oriented. Got better over time.

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Some things seem a bit dated. Data calculation problems sometimes slow for stats.

Faster dialing system, seems like power dialer could be updated with AI.

**What problems is Aloware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our system is heavily reliant on appointment setting now for sales closers.

I like the simplicity of choosing lines before a call. Many more disposition options, call quality is good. Good customer support system. somewhat easy to figure out without any training or experience

**What do you dislike about Aloware?**

Sometimes its hard to determine if a call is going through or not, opening up aloware through apps outside of hubspot sometimes shows up with a blank app, resulting in me having to restart the program.

keeping track of leads and being able to reach prospects through multiple avenues of contact

The phone connections are not always reliable and connectivity is disruptive to work.

I was able to easily configure my call trees in the software.  This software also integrates with Guesty.

I have had a few issues related to call quality and calls dropping.

The call tree allows my call center to effectively activate users based on a schedule.

Great at mass dialing. I make 500-600 dials a day.

Sometimes my availability on allow are is busy when it’s not and I have to go on my phone to set it as available which stops the outflow of calls.

It is buggy. My calls freeze or drop. It's slow. I don't understand how inboxes and communications are actually supposed to work
