Aftership is saving us a lot of manual effort. Thanks to their service, we’re able to verify a large number of shipments in bulk and take action accordingly.

There’s nothing I dislike about Aftership.

We check the tracking numbers provided by our sellers to understand the actual status of the shipments in bulk.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

AfterShip makes the entire order tracking process smooth and professional. The branded tracking pages and notifications have helped us reduce customer inquiries and improve trust. The integration with Shopify was straightforward, and the dashboard is very easy to navigate even for non-technical team members. I also appreciate the wide coverage of carriers worldwide, which saves us time from juggling multiple courier websites.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

At times, there can be a slight delay in updates compared to carrier websites, especially for international shipments. The pricing could be a bit more flexible for smaller businesses that don’t ship at high volumes.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As i was working as an Recruiter and We mainly use it for tracking shipments to North America and Europe. It has  improved customer satisfaction since buyers feel informed at every step of the journey. Overall, it helps us present a more professional post-purchase experience.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

WeAfterShip initially showed a lot of promise and we had a great introductory call with them.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

We signed up for their service with the promise of smooth integration with Klaviyo, only to face persistent technical issues that made the service completely unusable in production. Despite spending months troubleshooting and exchanging numerous emails with their support team, the promised functionality was never delivered.

To add insult to injury, we were charged for two months of service (including an "over use" extra charge in month two!) yet only received a partial refund for the first month—leaving us out of pocket for services that never actually saw production due to their technical issues. An understatement to say disastrous for our small family-run business.

We cannot recommend AfterShip based on our experience. Their ineffective integration and unsatisfactory billing resolution have left us feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable solution.

Despite spending months troubleshooting and exchanging numerous emails with their support team, the promised functionality was never delivered.

There are some upgrades here and there from the services that breaks our business services which may take sometime to resolve due to investigations from our Dev team and afterShip team.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

The integrations are for the most part intuitive and when I have issues I generally can work through them.  The staff when able to is very knowledgable and helpful

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Lately on some of the pages I am not getting the help - there is no ticket system so chats seem to fall out of memory and I have ot start over again.  I asked them to build a ticketing system.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the shipment tracking in one place and offering branded good looking emails and SMS notifications to our customers has been great
