AfterShip provides a clean, intuitive interface that makes it straightforward to manage shipments across multiple carriers. The dashboard feels well organized, so both technical and non-technical users can quickly grasp tracking statuses, exceptions, and delivery insights at a glance. The branded tracking pages and notification workflows are especially strong, helping create a smooth, seamless post-purchase experience. That said, a few parts of the UI can feel a bit dated, and when working with more advanced features, I’ve occasionally noticed small navigation inconsistencies.

While the integrations are generally strong, some users have run into technical issues or inconsistent syncing with platforms such as marketing tools or eCommerce systems. These problems can take time to troubleshoot and may require input from a developer to resolve.

Reduces “Where Is My Order?” (WISMO) overload

I really appreciate the security features in AfterShip, which are awesome. They ensure that when a customer tries to track an order using someone else's order number, they won't be able to access the order details. AfterShip requires both the order number and phone number to match and provide the details, making it secure. Given I have a lot of orders daily, it's crucial the security features work well. No other customers can see other people's tracking or order details. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

Should have a robust analytics dashboard in the merchant portal.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AfterShip on my website for customers to easily track their orders using email, phone number, or order number. The security features prevent unauthorized access, ensuring order details are only accessible with matched credentials.

AfterShip makes the entire order tracking process smooth and professional. The branded tracking pages and notifications have helped us reduce customer inquiries and improve trust. The integration with Shopify was straightforward, and the dashboard is very easy to navigate even for non-technical team members. I also appreciate the wide coverage of carriers worldwide, which saves us time from juggling multiple courier websites.

At times, there can be a slight delay in updates compared to carrier websites, especially for international shipments. The pricing could be a bit more flexible for smaller businesses that don’t ship at high volumes.

WeAfterShip initially showed a lot of promise and we had a great introductory call with them.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

We signed up for their service with the promise of smooth integration with Klaviyo, only to face persistent technical issues that made the service completely unusable in production. Despite spending months troubleshooting and exchanging numerous emails with their support team, the promised functionality was never delivered.

To add insult to injury, we were charged for two months of service (including an "over use" extra charge in month two!) yet only received a partial refund for the first month—leaving us out of pocket for services that never actually saw production due to their technical issues. An understatement to say disastrous for our small family-run business.

We cannot recommend AfterShip based on our experience. Their ineffective integration and unsatisfactory billing resolution have left us feeling taken advantage of. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a reliable solution.

The integrations are for the most part intuitive and when I have issues I generally can work through them.  The staff when able to is very knowledgable and helpful

Lately on some of the pages I am not getting the help - there is no ticket system so chats seem to fall out of memory and I have ot start over again.  I asked them to build a ticketing system.

Keeping the shipment tracking in one place and offering branded good looking emails and SMS notifications to our customers has been great

After installing the plugin the customers can view their order status and now I get only 5 Emails per day.
Saved me so much important time that I can now use to improve my business.

Aftership helps our team keep organized with all of our logistical needs. It helps automate the process of updating clients on shipments and keeping our team up to date on each orders progress. Ankush has been extremely helpful whenver we've run into any issues and we'd highly recommend this app for anyone business with logical needs.

We have had no considerable downsides other than a few issues with our account auto syncing into Shopify.

Ability to view and track all aspects of shipments from all our couriers, very easy to use.  Allows for real time notification for customers of their shipment progress.  Customer support is quick and responsive.  Integrates perfectly with Shipstation to track all our orders for all couriers.

We've been very happy with the service, as of now I don't have any complaints.

I have been using the AfterShip Tracking app for a couple of years now, and I must say it has been an essential tool for our business. It's easy to use and has a lot of interesting features.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

I recently integrated the Aftership WordPress plugin into my online store, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. This plugin has revolutionized the way I handle order tracking, offering vast features that make it a must-have for any e-commerce business.

Setting up Aftership was very eas, the user-friendly interface ensured a smooth installation process. within minutes, I had a comprehensive order tracking system up and running on my website, providing real-time updates to  customers.

One of the standout features of Aftership is its compatibility with multiple couriers including most available courier companies, it works as  a single window where customers will look and after ship will fetch the rea-time info from courier's system and serve to customers. This means we can effortlessly manage shipments through various carriers, offering customers much onvenience. The ability to customize tracking pages enhances the overall brand experience, professional look the ecom website, the ability to set up a custom domain further elevates the professionalism of website, giving confidence for customers and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

The marketing tools included in Aftership are aalso a greate advantage. it can  engage with customers at various points, providing updates, promotions, and relevant information through the tracking process. This not only keeps customers informed but also opens up new avenues for promoting products and services

I would like to rate Aftership as a fantastic plugin has simplified order tracking for e-commerce websites. Its easy setup, vast customization options, and marketing tools will make significant impact on customer satisfaction levels.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

I could see Aftership branding on the footer of page before and this is what I noticed as a negetive poiunt, but upon contacting the support they just removed it without any delay, but I think they would have done this by defualt for paid plans.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Aftership we had to provide the tracking number and courier's website link to track for each customers for them to track, but now we can update tracking info on website and can include own tracking link in order confirmation email, customer can check the status with their order number, no need of tracking number provided by couriers, also they can know the tracking number when they check with their order number.

I love how this AfterShip intergrates with our WooCommerce platform. It's very easy to use! Customers love to receive and keep them updated throughout the shipment process.

It's fairly expensive for send over 100 packages per month. SMS is sort of expensive feature, but handy to have though.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

It should have customer number so we can communicate easily.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we did not get tracking api from multiple shipping partner. By AfterShip we get the solution by using tracking apis
