What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

AC helps me and my team to quickly draft email campaigns, automate certain emails and create forms on our website that are easy to access, quick to share and flawless to integrate with AC's CRM features. Instead of having three different subscriptions, we rely on ActiveCampaign as our one-in-all solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

If you like fancy designs and minimal templates, Active Campaign doesn't have the best email campaign templates. I have worked with Drip and Flodesk, and they have nicer templates... But since you have a lot of features on Active Campaign, you just take some time to edit existing templates, and you'll get a beautiful, Apple-like email campaign as well.
