What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

This platform helps you connect with your customers in a whole new way, making it easier to build stronger, lasting relationships. Its simple interface and easy-to-use features make scheduling campaigns a breeze. You can create personalized, eye-catching emails and send them out to your audience.

ActiveCampaign really stands out with its automation capabilities. With just a few clicks, you can set up triggers and actions to ensure your customers get timely, tailored messages.

One of the best things about ActiveCampaign is its detailed reporting. You can see exactly how your campaigns are performing and get insights to help you plan for the future.

Their customer service is top-notch. Whenever you need help, their team is there to lend a hand with quick, expert support.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Sure, there are a few minor issues - nothing major, but here are some things I'd like to point out:

Firstly, it's a bit disappointing that there aren't any reporting options available for 1:1 emails.

Also, when searching for customer data in custom User Fields, it's a bit annoying that the search bar resets each time.

While their customer service and training are excellent, mastering all the settings can be a bit daunting. There's definitely a learning curve involved, which can make it a bit tricky, especially for consultants like myself who need to quickly get up to speed to support clients.
