What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The extensive automation abilities as well as wide range of integration capacities with third party app. The ability to do both marketing and databse management is what attracts me to sign up activecampaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Customer support is often hit and miss, sometimes it's good, sometimes my query got forgoten and I had to chase up a few times to get an aswer after like a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since my business is completely online, I need a software solution to help me capture leads and convert them into clients. Activecampaign's ability to capture these leads with campaigns and forms help me achieve my business goals. I am learning to utlise the Deal featuer to help me better manage my CRM.
