What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I love the customer service. Automations are easy to create. There are a ton of templates that make things for beginner entrepreneurs and seasoned professionals, alike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Form creation could use some improvement. It's kind of annoying in its structure of creating unique form fields. Additionally, it's really frustrating that ActiveCampaign can't be used from a mobile device. While I understand that this is possible with some of the higher price points, it seems kind of silly to make it so someone has to get onto a computer to deal with something that comes up last minute (which things do ALL THE TIME). What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love having an automated response for people when they purchase or sign up for something on an external website. Having an immediate fulfillment email that is linked to a nurture sequence is a time-saver and makes it much easier for me to focus on the things I'm creating and selling.
