What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

Easy uploads of new contacts. Email editor is easy to use. Custom fields are useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Custom reporting is not intuitive. The new left side navigation is not easy to use. Difficult to find things. Disappointed that phone support has been discontinued. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Active Campaign for contact management, email creation and distribution, landing pages, form builder, and marketing automation. We are looking into using the CRM now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
