What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The freedom to create any type of automation is great. they have tons of automation recipes that you can use right away with just a few clicks. the added CRM and sales features are also very useful for deal management and pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

Their email builder is good and I know they have been working on it in the last few months but I think the experience can improve to be more smooth and easy. also another feature they need is the ability to import image from an URL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

for us being able to properly segment contacts and the ability to create almost any automation we can imagine is great. this tool has increased our deliverability and the interactions the clients have with our emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
