"Outstanding email platform!" 5/5 What do you like best about ActiveCampaign? I have been using Active Campaign for nearly a few years now, having previously used Mailchimp and Mailerlite as part of my business journey. Active Campaing is now an essential tool for our business, offering so much more than my previous email platforms in functionality and ease of use. While it is quite daunting on first appearance, it is very intuative easy to use and Active Campaign continues to implement processes and trainings to make it easier. The ease of creating campaigns, setting up signup forms, and the ability to tag and track users' actions is pretty incredible. My favourite part of the platform are the email automations which have become an essential part of my sales workflow, allowing me to quickly contact, track and segment my customers across their sales journeys during nurture and launch campaigns. It was very easy to integrate into all of our business platforms with direct intergration avialable on all of our key platforms. We use Active Campaign daily in our sales funnels and it runs seamlessly. One the very rare occiasions we have encountered a issue with how we were using AC their customer support were very helpful and helped us resolve the problems so 10/10 there too. The automations have been a real blessing for my business, allowing me to automate all parts of my, nurthure, sales and launch email processes as well as efficiently dealing with sign ups and lead magnets.
