One of the best things about ServiceTitan is the community that is on Facebook that allows you ask questions to other contractors that are using the software. Some times it is better to ask someone using it daily, then asking the people that have to learn the software from a technical standpoint instead of an operations standpoint. When we made the decision to switch to AutoLeap, we knew it was an easy choice. Sure, making changes is always scary when you've been using the same software for years, but AutoLeap made it an easy transition with the integration. They set it all up for you, make sure they turn out exactly what it is you are wanting. They check in with you weekly on Zoom to answer any questions you have and will do a remote session with you, to see firsthand what you are experiencing, so they can resolve any questions or issues to the fullest. I love that their system is dynamic and customizable. There is never a ticket that goes ignored as you are constantly seeing everything that is currently going on in the shop. Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. After using several shop management systems, we were lucky enough to meet the Tekmetric team at a conference. Their staff was knowledgeable and understood our shops neeeds. We made the switch to Tekmetric and couldnt be happier. When we joined, it was early on in Tekmetric's development. It was already leaps above their competitors, but was lacking a few features. The transfer process was easy, they took care of all it. This is important since we use it all day, they made our down time very minimal. One of our favorite things is their feature request board, where suggestions can be made, voted on by Tekmetic user community, and they make it happen. Connecteam has training/informational videos on demand that you can watch quickly to understand how to use the different modules in Connecteam. If you cannot find what you need, or if you just want to talk/chat with a person, you can connect with a customer service person quickly. Each Connecteam Rep I have spoken to have been very helpful and made sure I understood their direction before they disconnected.

You can make certain required items, so they must be completed before finalizing. Forms can be submitted from inside the document, and you get a copy in your inbox. You can add loads of excellent innovative features, such as auto-calculated fields, automated e-mails that can go straight away or on a calculated date, and approval flows where senior staff can approve a specific action. I use JotForm daily, making my working life easier and more effective. The free version is excellent, and you can upgrade to more powerful options.

I use Jobber to organize my scheduled cleaning services as well as send quotes, keep track of invoices, and collect customer payment/deposit. It's very user-friendly and it's exactly what I need for my small business. They have many options as far as pricing packages and the one I am signed up for is perfectly within my budget. It's also very user-friendly to the client so they can access their estimate, and also pay their invoices online securely. I use another CRM with a company called town Square interactive and it was not user-friendly whatsoever. So, I canceled service with them and switched back to Jobber. It's a very great CRM.
