Salesforce Field Service is excellent for managing field teams and resources. I really appreciate how easily I can view technicians' schedules and assign tasks efficiently. What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

All aspects of our business are conducted through ServiceTitan. Our technicians receive their work orders, complete service forms, clock in/out, and generate PO numbers all from the same platform. Our office staff can dispatch, invoice, track vehicles and parts, all from the desktop. There are very few reasons to enter data in multiple systems which makes us more efficient and lets us focus on taking care of our customers. The addition of "Pro" products, FleetPro specifically, has allowed us to integrate our fleet telematics, validate service and payroll, and dispatch to emergency calls more efficiently.

The Customer Support Managers are a great resource for figuring out unique issues, and the general support line is very helpful. I speak with one or the other multiple times a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

ServiceTitan is very robust. There are companies solely built on helping contractors discover and use all of it's features. Because of this, the learning curve is daunting, especially if you're trying to learn it while running your business day to day. We used a third party (ServiceTitan Partner "Power House Group") to help us get up to speed quickly and figure out our workflows.

Also, ServiceTitan was originally planned for residential service. As a purely commercial contractor, we sometimes have to get creative to accomplish what we need. ServiceTitan has recognized their gap in service and has/is rolling out improvements for the commercial space, but we're at least a year away from a full-feature commercial product (in my opinion). It's still very possible to operate ServiceTitan as a commercial contractor, it's just not as straightforward as it is for residential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam does exactly that, it helps my team stay connected. My business team are rarely together at the same time so sharing info remotely is key and connecteam does that for us. It was easy to implement even for the older staff who are not tech savy. What problems is Connecteam solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem was tasking had to be done on location before the team arrived for work. Now we can schedule staff and tasks remotely wihtout having to be on location the night before. It also solves the problem of staff not knowing how their day looked before they got to work, now they can see what the tasks are and plan accordingley. What do you like best about AutoLeap?

That it is a dynamic system and that I can access it no matter where I am at, as I use it 5-7 days/week.

When we made the decision to switch to AutoLeap, we knew it was an easy choice. Sure, making changes is always scary when you've been using the same software for years, but AutoLeap made it an easy transition with the integration. They set it all up for you, make sure they turn out exactly what it is you are wanting. They check in with you weekly on Zoom to answer any questions you have and will do a remote session with you, to see firsthand what you are experiencing, so they can resolve any questions or issues to the fullest. I love that their system is dynamic and customizable. There is never a ticket that goes ignored as you are constantly seeing everything that is currently going on in the shop. We have been using AutoLeap now for 3-4 months and there is honestly very little, if anything that I see needs changing. Two thumbs up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoLeap?

Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. What do you dislike about Shopmonkey?

My main dislike currently with Shopmonkey is the syncing with Quickbooks. After the update to 2.0 my inventory did not transfer over correctly so it is throwing my numbers off. This also makes it hard because if an item does not show up in Shopmonkey I have to go to Quickbooks to find the item and the price of it. I am the only one who can do this so it makes my job much harder. I also wish that the paid invoices and invoices themselves automatically transferred to Quickbooks instead of going to Accounting Link and then to Quickbooks. What do you like best about Tekmetric?

As a user of Tekmetric since May of 2021, I can say that their team has done a great job with continuous improvement and uptime. If you want / need a Shop Management System (SMS) for your repair shop you aren't likely to find a better solution than this. In addition to using it in my own shop for years now I have also worked with other shop owners around the country who have used this (and other) SMS and haven't seen anything better. Their pricing model is superior to legacy computer based systems that want to charge you for every seat you use. I can log in on my phone and see the shop performance at any time. It is pretty intuitive for your advisors, who usually hate teh idea of switching systems. But try to take this one away and you will likely have a fight on your hands!

What do you dislike about Tekmetric?

When we switched from M1 we had a decade of history and we were not able to port it all over. Early on the labor guide was way less robust, but that has been addressed in the years since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?

Building quotes, helping advisors see if they have built a profitable ticket. The fact that I don't have to pay $15/mo for each seat allows me to have well over a dozen instances of it operating at one time in my shop, (saves us a couple hundred bucks a month. Techs can easily build quotes making the shop more efficient. Since it is cloud based, I can look into the system regardless of where I am. Additionally, this solves the issue of the old computer based systems where you are exposed to a single point of failure (main computer) as well as eliminating the need to maintain hard copies of system back up off site.

What do you like best about FieldPulse?

I like most being able to do everything in one application.

We use gps fleet tracking and onboard cameras to ensure our trucks are being driven safely and on schedule.

The VOIP package among the team ensures that all incoming communicatinos are met quickly; there are no missed opportunities.

The ability to email estimates, invoices, and service contracts makes the sales conversion cycle and cash cycle completely managed within the app. FP also syncs with QB Desktop and QB Online.

Approvals (now Workflow) allows all forms that require pre-approval, to be sent for approval simultaneously without manual input.

Approval flows can be manually overridden or re-assigned by the company admin account.

All forms can be collectively added to an "app" so that they are easily accessed on a singular platform.

Personnel accessing the apps or forms do not require an account which lowers the cost to the business astronomically.

No coding experience necessary to set up approvals or develop forms as this process is pretty simple and tutorials are available if you are having trouble understanding the steps.

What do you dislike about Jotform?

Users of the app must sign in every 8hours.

What do you like best about XOi?

Our technicians in the field need to have a fast easy way to navigate and input some of the data we need during onsite visits. XOi has both a mobile app for mobile use / technician input and a website that is easy to design your own workflows. We like the fact that our technicians don't need a computer degree to understand how to fill out the workflows and for our supervisors creating the workflows are easy, super intuitive and user friendly. First, creating a platform that is easy to use - our techinicans seem to like it and not dread doing the paperwork. We have been successful with this product with our Commercial Brach and now we have just started with our Residential Team. DataPlate capture is big. Tech can scan the dataplate containing model and serial and we can caputure that data in a database for marketing or equipment replacement purposes when the equipment becomes a certain age. The team that we work with at Field Nation has been terrific and allowed for us to quickly start and provide value for our clients. What do you like best about Jobber?

I use Jobber to organize my scheduled cleaning services as well as send quotes, keep track of invoices, and collect customer payment/deposit. It's very user-friendly and it's exactly what I need for my small business. They have many options as far as pricing packages and the one I am signed up for is perfectly within my budget. It's also very user-friendly to the client so they can access their estimate, and also pay their invoices online securely. I use another CRM with a company called town Square interactive and it was not user-friendly whatsoever. So, I canceled service with them and switched back to Jobber. It's a very great CRM. What do you like best about Route4Me?

The livechat support team is highly knowledgeable and quick to respond. If the team can't answer the question, they are swift to forward it on to the subject matter experts and the team will always get back within 24 hours. What do you dislike about Route4Me?

It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy.
