Google Analytics solves the problem of tracking and understanding user behavior on websites. The system can be slow at times and you cant find sessions that are older than a year. Furthermore, as much as i like the recorded sessions, sometimes it feels like the sessions are cut short or it does not fully show their entire session. There's only a few things I've found so far that I dislike about Semrush. First is the price of feature add-ons. While in some ways I expect a tool of this caliber to come at a cost, I feel like some of the included add-ons were a bit pricey. The last is more of a personal dislike as someone new to SEO/marketing software suites, and that's the learning curve to using the platform effectively and understanding what each feature does. While a big part of this is probably normal and has to do with how many features are being offered, I do feel like the interface can be daunting for a first time user. Semrush has been really helpful for creating a solid strategy for SEO and website experience. The benefit has impacted my ability as a marketer to be more efficient and effective in my work, while also helping improve visibility and awareness for the non-profit org I work for. The keyword and competitive research tools are really helping me strategize and plan more relevant and helpful content for our audiences, which is a major benefit when you're working in a non-profit with limited resources. 1. Don't give us option to upload csv and analyse - Looker always needs a dialect.

2. Can't fully establish row level and column level security - You can hide columns but you can't hide rows. Also, if it is a PHI data and you need to have limited access you can't to it easily. You have to do a lot to cater this.

3. Needs hands-on before working - Since looker is based on Lookml ,which is similar to SQL but one can't start at its own withou having some guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1.Looker is making things dynamic for me. Schedules are running at its own since past 3 years and it is running good.

2. We have made very data-intensive and calculation-heavy visuals easily in looker with the help of persistent derive tables.

I've found Delve.ai an invaluable part of my tech stack for business strategy and growth. I speak to and train business owners all over the world, and I often refer to Delve.ai as a tool all business owners should be using in a digital-first world. For my organization and my clients and community members, it helps us understand our historical data and turns that data into visual pictures we can then act on. Another exciting feature is, since we are a B2B business, it let's know who the leads are that are visiting our site and classifies those leads as potential business clients, partners/competitors, government and educational organizations and more. I feel that there are areas where I could improve even more. For example, sometimes the interface could be more intuitive for new users, and certain integrations could be optimized to work faster. There appears to be a gap in e-commerce tracking capabilities within microanalytics. It gives fundamental traffic analytics but lacks elaborate conversion metrics and contrast measurements for user behavior inside the cart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have found flows where users get stuck in performing particular actions and failing, resulting in drop offs. Thanks to the realtime function of session replay, we have been able to spot issues immediately, and also resolving issues which we could not reproduce on our end. The dev tools in the session replay allow us to monitor certain errors that arise on the fly as well. I don't really have any issues with Usermaven. There are features that I haven't configured but that is mainly due to me not digging into the documentation and learning what I can do. I wasn't happy with the path and complexity of GA and was using a simpler tool, Clicky. Usermaven provided both ease of use and lots of features. I have used other tracking platform like trackier, offer18 etc but compate to this Affise is most trusted service provider and also it's ease of use. We can track most of the activities like CR, Conversions and revenue earning. Also, we have automation tools that make work very easy. Also any problems with tracking we can solve by taking help of affise support. One downside is the challenge with survey data extraction—currently, Pendo’s export options can be limited, making it difficult to retrieve survey responses in a format suitable for detailed external analysis. Integration of API keys for our data extraction process within Pendo has not been implemented, however, I think this would help to improve the experience. Additionally, Pendo doesn’t capture metadata at the precise moment a survey is taken, which can lead to inconsistencies in tracking user context and make it harder to align feedback with specific behaviors or segments.

Another drawback is the lack of customization within individual NPS and guide reporting columns, restricting our ability to tailor reports to specific needs or group insights in meaningful ways.

Additionally, implementing tags is very manual and has been an extensive process for our team to complete. If tagless data collection or automated tagging was enabled, this would save so much time. Pendo is helping us understand user behavior to enable data-driven decisions to improve our user experience within our products. We are also using Pendo to collect and manage feedback which allows us to streamline the collection of data and centralize and align cross-departmental teams with that data. Although I'm not working in this area, our company also uses Pendo to improve onboarding processes and feature adoption within our products using tool tips and guides to help increase time-to-value for our users. So far there isn't much I dislike. If I had to say anything ng it would be a more robust reporting feature, even if it was just a view-only shareable link to the web dashboard that didn't require an account. What I disliked originally about LeadLander was the fact that I had trouble synthesizing and analyzing the data within our reports in order to make it relevant to my patch. I got on with our AM, Ahmed E., and he helped me create reports and showed me how to best navigate the data to find value. He was absoutely fantastic. Sales reps are often impatient and love to talk over folks; which makes me at best self aware and Ahmed was perfectly patient and got me to the data I needed in short order.
