What do you like best about Google Meet?

The most helpful thing about Google Meet is that it can connect people not just in different cities but also different countries. You can schedule and join meetings. During lockdown, Google Meet was a real life saver for many schools, colleges and corporate institutions.

While Google Meet offers so many features but I find that there's a lack of some advanced features like virtual background.

What do you like best about Google Workspace?

I used to use my website domain provider's email service, which was clunky and I had to shift between my personal Gmail and work email to collaborate.

Google Workspace has allowed me to work and collaborate through a single account. I use the same services I used with my personal Gmail but buying Google Workspace has improved my productivity, plus no hassles of shifting between multiple accounts.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

I can't invite more than 5 users from other Google Workspace in a month to collaborate. Don'tknow if this is a feature limit for my pricing tier but this restricts collaboration to a certain extent. I'm searching for a workaround in the meantime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the app like how much easy it is to use it. I use it almost everyday . I can join a team with a code and vice versa . I don't have to join everyone. just share the code and you are done. share information , chat with friends and team, create new ideas. share work , collaborate. the Best. What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Upsides:

1. Integrated the communicative tools very well:meetings, team chat, phone, mail and calendar applications

2. it has some elaboravtive features like whiteboarding, note-taking, recording, editing, etc.

3. Within a meeting you can send messagesto the whole meeting group,or a personal message to someone particularly, or to select people - this feature is very useful

4.The meeting toolbards and themes can be customised

5. It is easy to use - but may require someone to get comfortable with a load of features and their functioning

6. There are somany settings which make zoom a great tool for personal and business use

7. Implementation is a bit easy

8. Customer support is instanteous, no issues there

9. I use it almost every other day to connect with people all around the world

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Downsides:

1. Settings can be very complicated to deal with sometimes, have to contantly check FAQs or chatgpt Eg: Chaning profile name is a not so easy process, you'd have to find the right tab and then it doesnt happen there,it takes you to its webpage you make and save the changes there. But then again the changes are not reflected in the desktop app. You'll have to relaunch and sometimes even thatdoesn't work, so you'll have to re-install zoom

2. Has a restriction of 40-minutes free meeting with only 100 participants, formore you've to pay

It feels quite outdated and slow compared to modern apps , and also with poor internet the call 's lag and drop which is quite bad.

Skype is solving the barrier of language and distance it gives acess to have a free video confrencing with people across the world . What I Like About OpenPhone:

I appreciate how user-friendly and intuitive OpenPhone is. We use Open Phone everyday for our mobile notary agency. The snippets feature is incredibly helpful, and the settings are easy to navigate. I love how simple it is to set up and manage conference calls. The platform allows me to input a phone number, automatically create a conversation, and even revisit an empty conversation later.

The ability to add notes to each conversation is a great feature, making it easy for my team to stay organized. OpenPhone offers a variety of useful features, including a monthly review summary, which is insightful—although I find the two numbers displayed side by side a bit confusing. I assume the light grey number represents the previous month.

What do you dislike about OpenPhone?

What I Dislike About OpenPhone:

When I click on an image I sent to a client, it doesn’t always open the correct image.

When a call is forwarded to my personal cell, there’s no clear indication that it’s coming from OpenPhone.

Customer service response time is slow, which can be frustrating when issues arise—though, fortunately, there aren’t many.

I find integrations and webhooks unclear and don’t know how to use them effectively.

The "Change Greeting" feature feels outdated and could use a refresh.

For menu options, it would be helpful if OpenPhone indicated which option the client selected, so we can better understand their needs.

I have been blown away by the easy access to live people for support in the setting up of our business account. Everyone we have worked with so far has been so patient and very thorough (not on autopilot). What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

My team and I learned the hard way that virtual meetings were a complete disaster a few years ago during the pandemic. Some of the tools we tested were cut again and again, others were so intricate that it seemed like a computer science degree was needed to handle them and others did not achieve the results we expected. Well, that was until a colleague mentioned GoTo Meeting. I was surprised by the stability of the connection when we first used it. There were no interruptions, delays or frustrating slow motion. Everything was clear: the audio, video and screen sharing feature. Whenever I had to do a presentation or demonstration, screen sharing quickly became one of my favorite features. As incredible as it may seem, all I had to do was show my screen to simplify a really complicated concept. The most important thing is that everything went perfectly. It seems a bit outdated compared to other platforms, as the user interface lacks modernity and intuition. Sometimes you may think you’re using a tool from the last decade. After a while, we started using GoTo Meeting for all our regular meetings. Internal meetings, off-site meetings and presentations to clients are among the many uses we give it. Thanks to the reliability of the platform, we were able to avoid those embarrassing cases where cuts or technical problems occurred. Since we could now meet when it was convenient for all of us without having to worry about any technical problems, our workflow improved a lot. We found that other solutions offered more attractive features for larger meetings or virtual events. We continue to prefer this tool for our daily needs. ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution. More of a nitpick, really, but I hope there's a more pared-down version of the product. We're basically just looking for a phone and SMS app for our client success team, so we don't really have a need for the other features.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

I have 4 retail stores and the phones in 1 store quit working. I emailed GOTO to get "REPLACEMENT" NOT ADD ON phones. I called the cusotmer support team to get them installed. After 5+ hours the GOTO representative said everything was fixed. It was almost closing time for the store. I received a complaint from Corporate stating the phones were not working. Accutally it was ringing at one of my other stores. I then check all the stores and 3 of the 4 stores phone were routed to the wrong store. I called back the next day to customer service and after another 4 hours of my and my employees time at each store GOTO got it corrected. Then I received my CC bill where I pay my reoccuring payment each month and it went up nearly 100.00. I authorized no changes to my bill. There shoul d be no change to my bill for replacing exsiting phones. I was also told I would receive a credit for my and my employeess time lost for GOTO installing the phone wrong. I have now emailed and called multiple times and no one can or will help. GOTO representatives only say they have forwarded to Finance which you can not speak with. I have everything in email so I will be turning this over to an attorney. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using TeleCMI, and it has been very useful for our marketing needs. When a customer calls our marketing number, we can see their details after the call is answered. TeleCMI also allows us to track which agent answered the call, making it easy to manage and monitor our team. Overall, it’s a great tool for our business.

What do you dislike about Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)?

The system is incredibly complex, UIs are almost intentionally hard to understand and are almost never updated. Everything looks like it was built in the 90s because it probably was. Getting service and support on anything in the system is just as painful as getting support from Cisco on anything else.

They make you jump through hoop after hoop regarding service agreements, licensing, user assignments and access. You'd think you were trying to break into Fort Knox every time you need help with something. This also seems intentional, you don't have to pay your support team as much when customers will just give up and workaround the problem rather than try to get help from you. I can clearly tell when someone is available to talk or not.

Encourages team interaction when when textual communication just would not be efficient.

The fact that I can record meetings and now even transcribe them automatically.

The look and feel which makes it feel like a game, some of those 90s/2000s RPG games. And then work becomes fun and that’s awesome!

What do you dislike about Gather?

Only one thing:

I do have occasional technical hiccups where my external USB-C-powered microphone is not working. This can be quite annoying. But unplugging it from my USB-C port does the job and then the internal MacBook Air microphone will have to do the job, which works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NUACOM?

We recently signed up with the Nuacom softphone app, and the entire experience has been smooth and professional. After signing up, Heather Cunningham assisted us with a support call to set up our account, and she was equally supportive. What do you like best about Crexendo?

Lorena and her Team were receptive to our situation, walked us through all of the steps to dissociate ourselves from our previous provider, and stayed with us from setting up the account, installing the hardware and software, and training the staff members all of the way until we were ready to adopt! I was a little surprised they use a third part for texting capabilities, as our previous company had it built in. The feature that I love the most is our ability to set up our own auto-attendant feature. Depending on the type and date, we are able to have different auto-attendant announcements to maintain our customers updates. And I love the call quality. No droppsed calls like the previous
